I will agree with everyone else who’s review says that Christy is amazing. I get a lot of massages and she is hands down the best therapist I have had. I also see Anis for facials and she is also very good. If you are looking for a spa with a big waiting room for fluffy robes, steam room, etc this probably isn’t the place for you. However, if you are looking for a excellent treatment it’s great.

I had a manicure from Erin. She did this weird thing of removing the just-applied polish adjacent to my cuticle with a stick. So two days after, it looks as though the manicure is aged and grown out already, with a visible margin of unpolished nail between the cuticle and the polish. She did do a nice job of shaping my nails at least.

What makes it 5 stars is Christy, the massage therapist. I’ve tried dozens of therapists from various spas and massage center, and she is phenomenal. She hits all the spots and you can feel the sensation of the nerve inches away from the pressure point. I’ve also tried Kristen who was recommended by an acquaintance. She is very good. Much better than the ones at Moodz. What I noticed about her is that she takes off her shoes when in session. The waiting area is a zen type atmosphere. Complimentary coffee awaits you there as you sit on the sofa waiting to be called into a blissful retreat. At the end of the session, you are given a bottle of water to take with you which great. All the other spas I’ve been to, they just give you a cup of water. You do not have to be a member of Bosse Sports to take advantage of Soma Spa. However, if you are, you get a 10% discount.
