Precious Metals is my go-​to jewelry store. The customer service and the quality of the jewelry I have received has always been fantastic.
My first orders were for some fairly inexpensive earrings. When I told her my price range and what I was hoping to get, she truly listened and then made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and that it was exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure to spend more than I had intended nor to get something that wasn’t quite what I wanted.
I really can’t express how truly happy I have always been with the customer service provided and the quality of the the jewelry I have gotten. I will return here for all my future purchases.

My wife and I just had a custom anniversary ring designed and made by Ilah. We wanted the ring to fit with my wife’s existing engagement/​wedding set. Ilah was fantastic to work with — she listened to our ideas and requirements for the ring and added her own creativity and ideas. The result is everything we were looking for and more! Ilah was patient and receptive to several rounds of refinement on the design.
Ilah also has a great selection of unique and striking ready-​made jewelry in her store. I am definitely going to be making Precious Metals my first stop when shopping for jewelry in the future.

This place is great. I had been to four other jewelers to get some information and price out repairing my engagement ring. I got a wide range of quotes and jewelers who were trying to sell me on things I did not want or need. The owner at Precious Metals knew exactly what I wanted spent a lot of time with me and gave us a great price. She has amazing computer programs which she can use to help build exactly what you are looking for. Would highly recommend!

I am SO happy with the rings we purchased from Ilah at Precious Metals in Sudbury. Many married couples out there may remember the frustration of shopping for an engagement ring — that experience that is supposed to be flooded with all the excitement of being newly engaged, but instead all too often carries the aftertaste of heavy sales pitches and unnecessary jargon.
We had been to the mainstream places and had been through the spiels of eager salespeople who seemed uninterested in showing a completely novice couple a full array of ring styles to begin the search for the right fit. But when we chanced upon Precious Metals, Ilah gave us her full attention, asked great questions to render a few initial sketches, and did not pressure us into any decision. We ended up buying one of the few engagement rings she had in the case (she now has an enhanced assortment), and we were so happy with her customer service, expertise, and quality materials that we came back to have her design the bands to go with it.
