I am standing here with freezing hands in the rain. I have waited over an hour for this taxi «service». If i could give them negative stars i would. After my hour wait and 3 phone calls/​txts saying they were on their way, a young girl drives up and states she’s here to pick me up. I told her to bug off and had my roommate pick me up. Definitely the down side of moving out of NYC. I can actually say i miss yellow cabs. Uuuug! Don’t use this service. They are UNRELIABLE.
