Colonial Florist Always comes through with an amazing arrangement. I am a last minute person and they never fail. I use them for birthdays and anniversaries all the time!

It was a huge dissapintment, I ordered flowers worth 50.00 $, they delivered flowers I could off gotten in the market for one third of the price, pedestrian at best. Plus the hit me with 12.00 $ of other charges that I would off agreed if it was worth it. I call and the response I got form the lady who took my order was.“I remember taking your oder but I am sorry… I was not the one making the arragement, lots of excuses and then she offers a 10.00 $ discount on my next order… no wonder the reviews are so bad. Unless there is a change of ownwer I will not be using that company again. The lack of professionalism is appalling, but the excuses are definitly abundant.

Find another florist. I ordered an arrangement for my mother, all told was $ 95 with all charges, and was so underwhelming that I had to call and express my dissatisfaction. The flowers looked like a $ 30 arrangment. No artistry or design. Very disappointed as it was my Mom’s 90th birthday. No amends made and no interest in my dissatisfaction. I often send flowers and order the same thing all the time, mostly with great results. And i have never been charged separately for a cheap glass bell vase. Find another florist.

I just called to see how much a grave blanket cost and they told me they didn’t have any now and they only had artificial wreaths. So i asked if i could place and order and she said no. What kind of florist doesn’t allow someone to place an order and the best part is i used them for my mother and fathers funeral because Lenny Scarr from Scarr Funeral home recommended them. I will definitely make sure to let people know not to use them and if you are in the Suffern area to use Flor Bella in Mahwah; very nice and accommodating. A very unprofessional way to handle customers and they also do not have properly trained staff, they should not have to put me on hold every time I have a question to ask.
