Deerkill Day Camp

Deerkill is by far the best day camp in the Rockland County area. My kids both learned to swim there at a very early age and I now have the confidence when we are at the beach or a pool to let them enjoy the water without fear. The staff (from counselors to instructors) is also fantastic and a group of very experienced professionals.
The directors are always developing new programs and bringing in the latest activities for campers of all ages. One of the newest additions to the camp is the climbing wall and zip line. My kids could not get enough of them. My kids are also huge fans of animals and the fact that Deerkill has a pony, and a couple of friendly alpacas is a great plus.
Overall, I would recommend Deerkill to anyone that would like to provide their kids with the opportunity to have summers they will never forget making life long friends along the way.

I can’t say enough good things about DKDC. My son absolutely adored it. It was his first time going to camp and the experience he had there (even at the age of 4) was more than I could have imagined. The staff gives 100%, the variety of activities let’s campers experience things they normally wouldn’t and the grounds are impeccable. My son asks daily about going back and of course we have already signed him up. No questions asked, Deerkill has it all!
