I have worked with this group for several years. The last 18 months have been terrible. On their recommendation I had them set up an online back up service. Twice I had system failures to find out that they had not set up the back up service properly. I obviously lost significant data.
Then, they did not return my calls and sent me a bill for their services. DO NOT use them.
