I’m a new and very happy customer! I called this company when my heat stopped working during a snow storm! I spoke with Karen (I believe that was her name) and she told me to sit tight for a little while and someone will come to my house. I expected to wait a while but much to my surprise the technician arrived 30 – 45 minutes after I called– this was during a snowstorm mind you! The technician, Chuck, was so personable and friendly and knew is stuff! He found the problem, got the part, and fixed it all for a reasonable price, too! I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend them!
