Avoid the wings and burgers and get something else or order from somewhere else altogether…
After being forced to spend a night in Hartford CT for work, the front desk at my hotel suggested I order delivery from here because the food was very good. Taking that advice, I did order but immediately ran into issues over the phone having to repeat myself many times over because the woman taking the order did not seem to understand my very simple order. I asked for the buffalo chicken wings dinner with bleu cheese dressing for $ 10.95 and the bourbon bacon cheeseburger, cooked medium for $ 6.25. The woman said it would take around 40 minutes to deliver to my hotel and I was assured someone would call me when they arrived so I could come to the lobby. After about 55 minutes and no phone call, I called the restaurant back to ask how much longer the wait would be and the same woman said my food was left at the front desk because I wasn’t downstairs. How would I know to come downstairs if nobody called me like they said they would?! She said my number didn’t work (Lies!) and the front desk tried calling too. (More Lies!) When my coworker and I opened the boxes, we were totally disappointed with what they call the chicken wings dinner. The wings were tiny and resembled shrunken, shriveled up versions of the regular buffalo wings I’m familiar with. This was even more disappointing and upsetting because of the cost. Definitely not worth $ 11! The bourbon bacon cheeseburger was slightly better than the «wings» but also a disappointment. It was overcooked, well done when I ordered it to be cooked medium, I did not get my pickle as indicated on the menu and they did not provide ketchup for my french fries. (I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one because even though most places will give you ketchup with french fries without asking, I did not indicate I wanted ketchup with my fries) The burger was only $ 6 so I can deal with that, even with the mistakes. I’m hoping this was just a one time ordeal since others seem to give such positive reviews but I won’t be ordering again to find out!

Steak and cheese grinder for 6 bucks? Yeah I said that. This place was a great find for my hungry crew. The owners are very friendly and maintain a equally clean establishment. We had lunch there three days in a row.

I’ve been a couple times! So far so good! Much better than the place that was there before! The staff which I believe is just family are super sweet and accommodating. Pizza is awesome! Cooked to perfection I’m always satisfied. There is more than pizza, but that’s the only thing I’ve ordered from here. Give it a shot!
