My fiancé and I just recently moved here and had to transfer all our prescriptions here. The store itself is fine. My issue is with the pharmacy. When we went to talk to one of the staff about insurance and if they could get our insurance info from my old pharmacy. I’ve seen it done before and it takes two minutes tops. The staff at the counter had no problem doing it, but the pharmacist overheard the conversation and yelled, «we’re too busy. Call them yourself!» So I called my old CVS and like I said it took two minutes. I could understand if he said that because I had a line of people behind me, but I was the only one in line. Which reminds me, I’ve been in lines up to seven or eight people long and they only have one person actually at a register while everyone else in the back. This almost makes me want to just make the commute back to my old cvs because I’ve never had this problem there. Another thing is their calling service. It calls me two sometimes three times a day either reminding me I need a refill or telling me I have prescriptions. And when I check with the store, they have nothing for me! I’ve heard other people complain about this pharmacy too, so I’m glad to know it’s not just me.
