If you are on this side of the water… Please come here!!! The donuts mainly appear to be baked cake style donuts. And they are great!!! This is a great local spot!!!

Some of the best tasting homemade donuts around! You have to get here early though before they sale out. You will be pleased with the variety of yummy options

Blink and you’ll miss it! This cute little donut shop is almost 40 mins from VA Beach but so worth the drive! The donuts are delicious, my favorite being the maple bacon. They open at 5AM every day and close when the donuts run out. Definitely come in early for the best selection, especially on the weekends. They make custom designed donuts for any and all occasions, fun alternative to cupcakes for a birthday party or baby shower. The drive out is very scenic. Worth the trip!

I have been going to this shop since they first opened and way before they ever flashed across the television.
These donuts are AMAZING! I enjoy the variety and creativity the donuteers (? lol!) put into the product. They are cake donuts, so a bit heavier than what you would get commercially. I am not a huge fan of the sour cream donuts but everything else I’ve ever tried has been a hit!
These donuts are perfect if you want to perk up the office or score brownie points with your fellow coworkers and bosses. I used to pick up a dozen to bring to work when I was doing 911 dispatching. There is a donut for near everyone.
My favorite is the. mouthful, get ready– BLUEBERRY PANCAKE MAPLE BACON DONUT!
I had entirely too many when I was pregnant and my son’s father joked the moment he knew I was pregnant was when I was eating something that ‘wild’. It is delicious. They use thick cut bacon, a maple donut glaze, and the blueberry donut base is buttery. Out of this world.
They generally list their flavors of the day super early on their Facebook page. Check the flavors before you go in case your favorite isn’t being made that day.
I would love to see this shop branch out onto the Peninsula or even to Virginia Beach.

Love coming here, they’re always surprising us with new, interesting, delicious donuts. Definitely worth the trip. They open at 0500 and close around 1400 (that’d be 2:00) ish or earlier if they sell out.

Good cakey donuts with unique flavors. There’s a habanero one that sounds outrageous but is so yum. Only to be eaten in tiny increments, though. And even though there are some great flavors, my absolute fave is the maple. No bacon.

This is the best place to get cake donuts! We have been coming here for over a year and we still love it!
When we first started coming we only lived 10 minutes away but now we live about 45 minutes away and still come to enjoy them!
The donuts are always fresh and they change the flavors daily except for the couple of regular flavors they do daily.
They always have the red velvet, sour cream old fashion and the blueberry pancakes and bacon.
They usually always have a character donuts as well. They aren’t my favorite because of the amount of icing on them, but they are still good.

They open at 5 AM and close at 2PM or when they run out. They have some pinic tables out side which is nice when the weather is nice. They also offer some drinks as well.
Overall you should really check them out!

Well worth the drive. This place beats duck donuts in my opinion. It’s not overly sweet while their flavors are very original.
