Shun Xing Chinese Restaurant

I guess you cannot post unless you leave at least one star. This rating is generous at best. The service is so rude that we never got to the taste the food. However, my coworkers say the food is okay but not worth the terrible attitude!

4 stars only because they don’t deliver. I love their food and they even offer a pick 4 menu for around 23 dollars. The general tsos and beef and broccoli are my favorite. My daughter swears their egg drop soup is the best she has ever had. If they delivered, we would order more often!

Just moved into Suffolk. Me and my husband decided to get a quick to-​go lunch, so we went to try this one out. Lady said hi to us when we walked in. We ordered chicken lo-​mein and bourbon chicken. Portions are awesome. The flavor was awesome. My husband said it’s been a while since he last had a great tasting bourbon chicken. We are kinda glad they are very close to where we live. Used fresh ingredient for their dishes. Freshly made. Well seasoned. They even used real chicken thigh in my lo mein, instead of the mysterious chicken strips.
About the «intimidating attitude» other reviewers mentioned, being a Taiwanese, I just want to let people know that’s part of the Asian culture. We are just not into too much greeting and smiles. When I was in Taiwan, my neighbor never respond to my ‘hi’, but he still helps me out whenever I’m in need. That’s just not the norm that people do. It’s definitely doesn’t mean that they have a bad attitude or being mean or rude to you. It’s just the way it is. Plus some language barriers maybe. They won’t speak too much, and they tend to make the sentences as simple as possible.
I recommend you this place. Worth a try. If you like Chinese food. They even have a four people meal deal for $ 25. You pick 4 dishes out of the selected menu.

Ok food (as in you probably won’t die of food poisoning), terribly bland, generous portions.
