**Quick Update**
I stopped by today at Tidewater Tire Centers (TTC) because I knew there was something wrong with my van and thought maybe I needed some new tires. The gentleman who greeted me was very friendly and immediately checked out my tires. He felt they were okay, but decided to rotate my tires and look them over more closely.
It turns out my tires are fine, but I need new tie-​rods. They don’t deal with that so I have to take my van to someone else. TTC rotated my tires, checked them out thoroughly and made sure the air pressure was correct. And they did all of that for free! I’m giving them a big 5-​stars for their super service. Highly recommended!
