I would have clicked on «Chilean» under the restaurant category, but that selection is not on the list. This business consists of a Chilean woman who delivers her food to people who pre-order around the Atlanta area. She also caters. This is not a restaurant, but I felt it best fit in the restaurant classification. I’ve tried several of her offerings and they are outstanding. Many countries make empanadas, but there is nothing IMO like the Chilean meat empanada. She makes them just like I remember from Chile. She also makes pan amasado — a sandwich bread which is so good. It is Chile’s version of ciabatta. But better IMO. Empanadas Chilenas also makes other Chilean specialties such as pastel de choclo and pebre. Pebre is a Chilean pico de gallo. This nice woman who prepares the food knows just enough English to take orders from a gringo. Highly recommend Empanadas Chilenas en Atlanta.
