I love the products of Abercrombie and Fitch but the people who work at this store at sugar land town center mall are just very rude and i am surprised how do they even work there. They did not greet me, when they were checking me out they were talking among themselves and ignored my presence. I felt like i owe them something or i am an unwanted guest. Horrible customer service experience. None of the 4 people standing at the checkout smiled or even looked friendly sorry guys but working at a store doesnt mean standing there all pretty and stylish and thats it, thats not the case! your main job is to serve customers and make them feel as they are always welcomed in the store. These guys definitely do not understand that

The clothes are nice but sometimes it makes me feel a bit intimidated that I can’t wear the extra slim jeans. There are some styles that I love though, like the navy colored items.

First of all I loathe this place, brand, existence whatever. My darling husband happens to love their jeans and pants etc. So from time to time I am subjected to actually having to set foot in the door. It is loud as all hell in here. How are their employees not deaf? So yeah, we went to return a bunch of items he bought on line. We forgot the packing slip, no problem! With technology these days we are able to pull up receipts from purchases on our lovely smart-phones. Husband pulls up receipt, snotty little brat behind counter announces rudely to the other clueless twit behind the counter that they still need to call for a skew # for the order. My husband is patient as he manages a retail store. I was annoyed and left. 30 minutes later my poor husband emerges looking quite sullen. He paid with pay pal for his purchases and therefore they would only give him a gift card with his credit for merchandise. HOWINTHEHELL is that even right? They took the payment with Pay pal, they should be able to return it TOPAYPAL. You are even able to use Pay pal in the store. I have a feeling it was a little more complicated than the two idiots that worked there wanted to put time into so they just blew him off with a store credit. Now he has to call customer service(which is equally nightmarish) and try to get his $ returned to him. Bottom line is they are awful and have no sense of customer service and they are down right lazy.

«Huh? What’s that?» «Can I get a dressing room?» «What?» “I said, can I get a dressing room???“ Geez Louise, if you enjoy being ignored by high school sophomores, or if you need a migraine followed by a shrill ringing in the left ear x 3 days, then this is the place to go! I really really enjoy going to boisterous live concerts, but I don’t want to shop at one! Turn the music down a few decibels so the shopper can shop in peace! And why must everything be saturated in A&F cologne? I left the store smelling like I just fell into a vat of Fierce, or Colden, or Golden, whatever the name is. Really, all I did was try on a cardigan at the front of the store. I never even made it thru the whole store b/c the noise and smell drove me out in a hurry. Be wary all you migraine sufferers, this place is a trigger…

I don’t know why, but I never realized that I can write a review for this place until yesterday when I splurged here like no other. I’ve shopped at Abercrombie & Fitch owned clothing stores since I was about 12, so I have a whole lot of experience in the style it’s trying to convey, along with having worn every single style they’ve created since then. They have new clothes a couple of times a week and although the styles will be repeated season-by-season, the signature stuff will be the same, while other styles have various designs. The clothes last you forever and are made of great material, so they don’t lose their intended style after a wash or something. This particular Abercrombie is always clean and organized. The clothes that you see online will always be found at the store. And even when it is crowded, you have plenty of space to move around and do your shopping and there are also plenty of fitting rooms to avoid any wait. The ONLY downfall about this particular location are its employees. They’re absolutely and totally careless. Last time I was shopping here, I had a million things I needed to try on, so I approached a group of about 5 employees standing in a big circle at the front of the store. I literally said, «Excuse me, can I get a fitting room?» three times, yet no one had the courtesy to leave that circle and unlock a fitting room for me. They all even looked at me, including the manager, yet they chose to ignore me for some reason. Of course, after asking for the third time, a gruntled employee took me to a fitting room. The clothes are a bit pricey, but I stand by my word. These clothes are completely worth spending the money on, because they DO last forever plus a year. Not only that, but these clothes never go out of fashion.
