My eyebrow tech of 15 years retired and left me destitute and desperate to find a new eyebrow tech to maintain my brows. I had major anxiety about trying a new place, but I didn’t have a choice because my brows look like the wilderness.
I called an made an appointment. I arrived early and was seen on time. Saba did an amazing job. Now I can go out without makeup.
Brows can make or break you.
This place saved my life.

I was really upset when the salon I used to go to closed down. So I decided to this place a try and I absolutely love this salon now. I go to Saba to get my eyebrows threaded, she is so professional and light handed. I have extremely sensitive skin so I can’t just go to anyone. I’m never going to another salon for my eyebrows ever!

I came in today for a shampoo, keratin treatment & blow dry. I didn’t have to wait long at all since it was a slow Monday.
The stylist was very friendly & made sure I was comfortable. The shampoo smelled amazing! After the keratin conditioner was applied, I sat under the dryer & got to relax a bit.
I was a bit surprised that the stylist did not use a round brush to blow out my hair but used a type of curling-​iron type blow drying brush thingy. She used a little more hair spray than i normally like & it wasn’t as sleek as I prefer but she did give me nice volume & curled my ends under well. I walked out definitely better looking than when I walked in!
All in all, I will most likely be back for a hot oil scalp treatment but may skip the blowout for a special occasion.

I refuse to go anywhere else to get my eyebrows threaded. All of the ladies do a wonderful job!

This place is really bad they dont know how to put the henna on hand and they are immensely bad in waxing. My family felt insulted and their services are super bad

I decided to give this location a try since it’s not too far from the other location that I go to on Settler’s Way. I’ve been a loyal customer at the other Aisha’s and after my last horrible visit, I was done with that place. This location is very clean and the customer service so far seems pretty good. I came in for an eyebrow threading last week and Asma did a fairly good job. She missed a few hairs towards my eyelid but that area hurts the most for me anyway. She also threaded my upper lip and did wonderfully.
I went in today for my first facial ever as well as my first hot oil scalp massage — both done by Asma. I went on a Monday since they have 50% off facials. I chose the 24K Gold Facial. I had a 12:00pm appointment and when I got there, I had to wait 10 minutes since she was working on someone else when I got there –irritating, but it happens, I guess. During my facial, I felt relaxed the entire time and I loved it. Not sure if I would choose the same facial again though since I’m pretty sure the other facials will work the same. The 24K Gold Facial is $ 65 while the others are fairly cheaper. My hot oil scalp massage was amazing! I’ve never had one before and I will definitely come back to get more. The massage lasts 10 minutes and then you will be placed under a dryer for 10 minutes. She suggests that you don’t wash your hair for a few hours to get the benefits from the treatment.
One thing that I did not appreciate was that I tried using my punch card for the facial and the receptionist told me that I couldn’t use it on Mondays since I only paid the promotion price. Bummer but oh well. I still felt like I was forking over a good amount of money. All in all, my experience has been nothing but pleasant and I hope to be more than satisfied during my future visits.

I originally bought a Groupon for this new location just to give it a try. I’ve been here several times and so far, I’ve had consistent results.
The first time I was here, it was beyond busy. I waited 45 minutes for an eyebrow threading on a sunday afternoon. This last time, I didn’t have to wait at all. I’m not too sure how it will be next time, so it’s probably better to make an appointment.
I’ve had two different people thread my eyebrows. Good shape for my face, not too painful (at some places, you can feel each hair rip off your face… by the time you’re all done, you’ve cried a river), consistent results even though I had different people each time.
Prices are the same at all Aisha’s Salons. Eyebrow is $ 7 and Upper Lip $ 3. They also have specials throughout the week. Those are definitely worth checking out.
A Plus — they take credit cards (you can also leave tip on the credit card) and they’re a tad friendlier than the people over at Settler’s way.
fyi — if the receptionist says 15 –20 minutes wait on a walk in, it always turns into a consistent 35 — 45 min wait. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

I really really love this place. I have been coming here since they opened. I love the staffing. I feel really welcomed. Zulfi asma is the best. Everytime i come for threading she gives me a french braid :). She gives the best hot oil massages. Best store ever ever!

It’s always a miss here. The only reason why I’ve came here 4 times in a row is because I bought the groupon online. Every single time I’ve literally came, my eyebrows have gotten thinner and thinner each time. And every single time I tell them it’s thinner they all have the same excuse, «no, I only cleaned it, see?» NO! I know what my eyebrows look like! I look at myself everyday! I think I know how thick or thin they look. Never coming back, I’m going back to the one on settlers way.

Visited this place 3 times so far and I had great experiences here. The spa is so nice inside and neatly organized. The people there are great and friendly and I am very satisfied with my eyebrows. The lady who does my eyebrows really took the time to listen about how I wanted them done and she does an amazing job! Also, I never really carry cash and usually leave gratuity on the card. Here, I can leave gratuity on my card and front desk will give me cash to personally hand it to them. This place beats the other place I’ve been too down the street and settlerway! Definitely worth it. I’ll for sure be back again!

Im not one to write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I am actually making the effort. I went in for threading and the lady did a very poor job. She didnt shape it, nor clean it well. Once she was done, I asked her to fix my eyebrows, and she tried, but it was obvious that she wasn’t very experienced. By this time, I didn’t feel comfortable having her continue. I called the next day to see if SOMEONE ELSE could fix it for me because it was such a horrible job. The lady who answered said that it is their policy to send customers back to the same person. I told her about my experience and all she could do is repeat policy. It doesn’t make any sense to go back to a person who did a horrible job anyway. Being Indian myself, Im embarrassed by the horrible customer service at this place. I would much rather drive a bit further and support a business with good customer service. Going to reccomended this to others as well. Irritating!

Clean and new! Should have came to this location for my blowout! They were quite busy for a Weekday! I saw a few ladies getting their hair colored. I came here on Wednesday at 5:30p without an appointment. Reception desk informed me it would be a 15min wait for eyebrow treading. Waited exactly 15mins. It was quick and easy. Left with perfect brows.
