I’ll keep this one short and sweet! This place almost seems family owned. It may be but I’m not quite sure. I had a few designs I wanted printed up. I took my USB drive to them. They work with me to get an exact idea of how the prints should look from colors to cuts and sizing. Once I made my initial deposit I went home. They told me it would take a few days to get them done.
Immediately after they emailed me to approved the design to have it printed I received a phone call less than 10 min later saying my order was ready. All I could say was damn that was fast. Thinking to myself I bet those prints look like trash. When I got there they showed me a few examples and I can say I was more than impressed! The printing was top quality and the cut outs were precise and very sharp. I can say when I design something and need it printed this is where I’ll be. They are on the expensive side but it’s well worth it. Thank you for serving the Sugar Land community with excellent quality and excellent service!

The lady at the front was rude and unhelpful and one would say possibly judgemental? I came in trying to simply get a business card printed for a recording studio and after being told I would get a call back with a quote. I still didn’t, I had to call back TWICE. Just to be told that she has others things to do and hasn’t even had the chance to get me a quote. I originally went in at Noon and by the end of business that day still hadn’t received even a call back. It’s been days now and I never got a call back or even received an email/​or quote. Was planning on giving this place business, doing work for both of my companies due to how close it is to my location. But after stopping by will definitely not think about it again.

Well I came in with a unique problem. I had my phone stolen and was looking for a quick way to track it so I could find it. The older lady that answered was adamant about not helping me in any way shape or form. Business is about building relationships and this place clearly hasn’t got that idea. All I needed was to use a phone or computer for 5 minutes, but «Michelle Nicholson» in the front couldn’t manage that. Steven although, was nice and gladly gave me Michelle’s name when I called just now to write this review.
TL;DR Michelle is rude. Learn how to use photoshop and kinkos for your graphic needs.
