The hotel itself and the room I got was very clean and well-kept. I love that they had a fridge and microwave in it. However, I had the following two issues that made me feel not wanting to come back: 1. No hot water in the shower. 2. The wifi signal was so weak I couldn’t surf the internet. 3. I called the front desk twice from the room and each time it rang at least 15 times before I gave up and both times I had to walk down to the front desk. When I complained about the hot water, the man told me nobody else has complained. So I guess I’m the only person in the world who needs hot water in the winter when it’s 35 degrees and I guess I’m the only who needs a strong wifi when staying at a hotel for two nights.

I have to give this hotel 5 stars. My hubby and I came here to visit the planet observatory. The room was clean and well taken care of. The front desk guy who checked us in was really nice. We will stay here again if we are in town.

This was my second stay at the Best Western Inn & Suites in Sugar land. If you are looking for a quiet, clean, safe and reasonably-priced place to stay this would be a great choice. It is a pretty nice and fairly new 3-story hotel located on a quiet side street in an upscale residential neighborhood next to an open field and across the street from a man-made lake.(There are plenty of sidewalks so it would be a perfect place for an early morning walk). The décor is clean and modern with neutral colors, granite counter tops and high ceilings. The king bed was very comfortable and the fairly spacious room contained a writing desk, flat screen t.v., a microwave, a large mini-fridge and overlooked an open field on the back. A decent hot breakfast was served. The expressway, HEB and Walgreens are just around the corner. I would stay here again.
