I’ve been a member here for over a year, since I first tried it with a Groupon. There have been times when I’ve gotten an esthetician that used a technique I didn’t like, but overall I’ve had a wonderful experience. I love the zero gravity chairs and spa music — super relaxing! Throughout my membership I’ve tried a couple of peels and had them use products specific to my needs that day. I’ve never felt like any of the estheticians tried to hard-sell me on a product or service, but were happy to discuss my skin issues and recommend products if they thought it would help. My most recent esthetician’s name is Dulce and I LOVE her! She does a fantastic face massage and has great technique with the products(not sloppy, rough, or careless). Her«specialty» massage, while the masque sets, is on the feet! I was really surprised as I was only expecting the hand/forearm rub, but thought it really felt like I had a head-to-toe experience. I’ve had facials in several other spas and feel like those I’ve experienced here have been on par or better without the product pushing and inflated prices I’ve seen elsewhere.

I am glad I read the reviews before I went because I would’ve been shocked. I’m even more glad I paid with my Groupon.

Had my 3rd facial from this place today thanks to groupon. I was 5 min late(couldn’t find keys before I left and then parking was scarce, had to park in garage and walk aways) and they were so nice and accommodating. The esthetician working on me was very knowledgable and personable. Very nice woman! I added on a lactic peel at her recommendation for my acne breakout and rosacea-red skin. The lady did not seem to rush my experience which was very nice considering my lateness. She massaged my shoulders and that felt soo amazing! After it was over, she had me look at my face in the mirror and it did indeed look brighter! I can’t wait for the next groupon deal cuz I will be returning and requesting the same lady… The whole experience is so relaxing. Oh, and if you request no extractions, they will not do them! Perfect for me :)

I tried to schedule an appointment as i got a deal through Living Social, and had an appointment made for this past Saturday, 1÷12÷13 at 1:30p. I went to the establishment and the door was locked saying they were out to lunch. I thought this odd and recalled getting a voicemail regarding my appt and so I checked and the voicemail said 2:30pm appt left by their receptionist. So I went to go kill an hour since I was already in the area. At 2p my phone pinged from Living Social saying your voucher has been redeemed. I thought this odd since my appointment was not until 2:30p as the voicemail stated. I called them because something did not feel right. The receptionist was very rude and said I was a no show and lost my appt and voucher because my appt was at 1:30p. I explained the above about being at the storefront and the voicemail and she would do nothing about my appt. I offered to go play the voicemail for her so she can see that this was their error and she said if I go up to storefront and harass them she would call cops on me. She kept telling me that the confirmation call was a courtesy and it’s my responsibility to keep the correct timing so it was not her fault that she told me wrong time on the voicemail. Uh yes, which is why I was in front of the store at 1:30pm. Why would you take a lunch when you have clients coming? I waited out front in the rain for 15min and even called the store which nobody answered. She claimed I was a liar because they were in back eating and were checking every 5 mins and nobody was outside. Again why would everyone in store take a lunch at same time on a busy weekend especially when you have a appt at 1:30p? It made no sense to me and it made me so upset I was crying heavily because I planned my day around facial and was there on time and this lady was so rude to me and would do nothing to help me. She told me I could contact Living Social to get my money back. Will never ever deal with these people again.

please don’t buy a groupon here. I couldn’t make it because I am sick and she told me to call groupon to reinstate it. Does it look like I want to make a bunch of phone calls when I have a sore throat? They should be more understanding.

I really enjoyed my signature facial. My facialist was wonderful and so was the whole experience at a very resonable price. The only setback is that there are no doors, only curtains and you do hear muffled conversations.

I had a gift certificate for a signature facial. Skye(sp?) was my facialist and she was fantastic! I don’t mind that there are only curtains as opposed to rooms. I would definitely go back for another.

Facelogic is similar to the membership spas… Massage Heights, Massage Envy, European Wax, … you pay a monthly fee for a discounted facial once a month plus discounts on other services and products. I decided to try them out with the Groupon special. Meh. First of all, I think their«Signature facial» starts at $ 59. Their«elite» is $ 79. Those are reasonably priced facials, but you’re not really getting a true spa experience. When you walk in, it’s dark and there are nothing but curtains all around. Yeah, no rooms. So, if the person next to you is talking, you can hear everything. I guess that’s why the«facialist» was whispering the whole time. There’s no bed. It’s just a chair that leans all the way back. Hang on while she adjusts your chair. Of course, they need the commission, so they’ll try to sell you their products and upgrade you to the elite. Im a sucker so I got the microderm polish. It was pricey! For $ 28, I couldve got it cheaper buying a name brand product at Sephora or something. As for the facial itself, it was decent. My only complaint was when she started the massaging part… she started massaging my head as well. Having lotion in your hair when you walk out isnt a great thing. I looked pretty greasy. Of course, they tried to offer membership, but I declined and they werent pushy about it. Moving on…
