FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

This is absolutely the worst place of business I’ve ever had the misfortune of coming to. First off, there was absolutely nobody behind the counter when I first walked in. After waiting for about five minutes, a guy comes out from the back room and nonchalantly tells me «I’ll help you in a few minutes» as if I wasn’t waiting already. Great. Another worker comes out from the back room later after that, and addressed THE PERSON WHO JUST WALKED UP. Granted he was at the other register and just asked a question but still. The point where I had it with this place was when the person standing DIRECTLY BEHIND ME goes to the next register and the lady watches him do this and proceeds to help him before me. At this point I was angry, but kept my cool and politely said «excuse me, I was in line first» TO WHICH SHE SAYS «I already started on his order, you have to wait until it’s done». No. No. No. This is not how you treat your customers. I have been coming to this store for the passed ten years, but not they have permanently lost a loyal customer… Good riddance.

Mr Kenny was quite an amazing help to my worries.
I had a major presentation due that morning of service and I was afraid it would take longer than expected, Since I was swayed a different thought at office max the day before. I would rather pay the cost at FedEx kinkos than office max just solely on the customer service I received.
Location is easy to find. Off the feeder of dairy ash ford and 59 highway .
It is a bit costly but it was worth it in the end. The quality was up to par of my expectations and customer service was great. Thanks Kenny!

They don’t provide tape anymore unless Fedex packs the box. Had me wait in line for 20+ minutes without even acknowledging me. Don’t ship fedex anymore.

Rude, defensive when asked a question, took forever and said my security code from the back of my credit card out loud.

I’ve had to make two late night trips here lately for last minute projects. All of the employees have been very helpful and polite. Tonight Shannon was especially helpful when the machine wasn’t working quite right (due to a server issue), she was also easy to talk to.

This place has changed a lot since my last review– and for the better! One of the reasons is a new employee named Errika and her associate. They welcome you verbally upon your arrival. I simply needed to mail two packages. I was greeted and immediately assisted. She even gave me the required form and a pen. She and her associate were multitasking at an incredible speed. I saw a work ethic that any company supervisor would have appreciated. Friendliness, speed, efficiency and care-​what else could you ask for? That’s right shoppers, pick this place for all of your copy, printing, and shipping needs!

Vandetta is the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. Not helpful whatsoever! No idea how she got this job. and when I asked her about the price, she said «it’s 20 something» and then rolled her eyes in front of me. I understand they help a lot of people daily. but you’re getting paid for — so change your attitude!

The customer service is 100% awesome here! The guy was working alone and busting his butt for 5 different customers with a great attitude.
The copier printed the wrong size paper on the first try and he noticed I was using foreign paper which is not standard american size. We adjusted it and he credited me back for a couple pages.

If there was a lower rating — I’d give it to them. I’ve been here several times, always by force since they are the only 24 hours one near my house.
Currently I’ve been here last 2 hours to do something basic but the employees with no name tags don’t care much to even speak to me, and seem to be busy on their phones in the back.
All I need to do is have then pack and ship my laptop. These guys are disrespectful as heck. The First Lady I spoke to left to go home after talking to me and assisting me half way (no ID badge) and the second associate (Eric) is more interested in helping any ‘female’ customer that comes in and won’t even talk to me?
I wait for 20 minutes at a time to get his attention for 2 quick questions, he’s already told me to go to Galleria instead?
Who trains these bozos? I will be making an effort to make our company switch to UPS!

This location used to be a Kinko’s, then Fedex bought them and it became a FedEx Kinko’s. Now it’s a FedEx Office. I really wonder what happened to all the old signs. Is there a graveyard for old signs somewhere where Kinko’s, PanAm, Krispy Kreme, and Oldsmobile have been laid to rest?

I recently went in to get a quote for some color printed invitations. A nice man was able to give me options and quotes. I have also used the copiers and large printers before. I like how colored paper is the same price as white paper. Overall this location is convenient to Sugar Land and is open 24 hours a day.
