Will never bring my vehicle back again. They NEVER call you to tell you your vehicle is ready… they say they will, but they dont. You have to call them and ask the status.
They scratched my truck also. I ALWAYS do a qalk around when dropping my vehicle off at auto shops and when I picked it up there was a scratch. The employee was rude and had an attitude about it. He gave me some BS story about how a customer backed into his car and drove off. Sorry, but I dont care about your personal story… I care about my truck. Maybe if he would have parked my truck centered in the parking space this would not have happened. Goving me attitude and telling me, the customer, that he cant be responsible for everything that happens in hisnparking lot is the wrong answer. As a customer I have a level of expectation that my vehicle will be returned to me in the exact same condition as I left it.
I will be contacting someone higher about this.

This place is he best auto shop I have ever used. The guys here are very trust worthy and I know that they never try to rip me off. They also provide better customer service than anywhere else I have ever been. The work they do is great as well I never have a problem with anything they fix for me. On top of wall of that they always have a good price while it’s not the absolute cheapest place I have had work done it is by far the best value in have ever received from a mechanic shop.

Had to have my car towed here after it over heated due to water pump going out. Being a young woman with not a whole lot of knowledge about cars it was refreshing that no one tried to over sell me on work needed. They finished my car in 24 hours despite being very busy! Customer service is great and professional. Very competitive and reasonable pricing. I will definitely be returning if I ever need more work done.

First Automotive is the best independent auto repair shop that I have ever used. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain any problems in laymen’s terms. The staff are very honest and do not nickel and dime you the way that many dealerships do. I would absolutely refer First to all of my friends and family.

I have had brake work done here and fluid changes and they are always helpful and organized. The customer service is much better than other places. I forgot to mention to use synthetic oil one time and they were very reasonable and quick when I asked them to change it back. I have a hard time trusting auto repair shops but I feel comfortable with this one. They address what is wrong and don’t try to oversell.

I felt as if I was being scammed to buy more than I should so went elsewhere and saved around 100.00 bucks it upset me because seems like all places tend to up
