This use to be incredible pizza. They have the exact same layout but not the same standards on cleanliness. We came here on a Monday around 530pm and the place was dead. This should have been my first clue. Second clue should have been when the cashier was amazed that we didn’t want to do the fun zone and only wanted the buffet. So after paying we went to the«buffet«and observed 3 cheese pizzas, 1 hamburger pizza. And 1 pepperoni pizza. Now mind you they advertise 20 different pizzas. The salad bar was sparse, and to say the have a selection of desserts… well let’s say a couple rice crispy squares and brownie bites I would not consider a selection. So we went to the«library» to eat and there were 2 other families a worker and his date. The place was a mess. Tables had food and used plates. Now mind you I understand 1 or 2 being dirty. Sad to say ¾ of the tables were this way. After searching for a semi clean table we attempted to eat but were entertained by the gattitown worker hitting on his date(sarcasm). We asked them to put the BBQ chicken pizza and their signature pizza on the bar. The pizza we did have was good. Their marinara sauce was good. Crust was crispy. I will not be back

There is a sign on the door that they are permanently closed. Just saw companies taking equipment out as well.

I visited this Gattiland on Saturday with a birthday party. Now I have been to this location before(and actually enjoyed myself) but on Saturday this place was a mess. Let me start off by saying they could do so much better. The party hostess was not that good she was not attentive to the party. She didn’t make the party fun. The power went out for a short moment due to the storm(dangerous when there are kids everywhere). But the power caused a back log with the games and the point cards. Because the power went out the party was delayed. It also caused the dishes to back up and the food to be delayed. All in all I just think it may have been bad because of the storm but no excuse to let your place be dirty.

Ghetto as hell!!! Half of their games and machines don’t work, managers are not responsive, and everything is dirty! The buffet is shoddy; Gattitown has somehow managed to botch something as easy as pizza and an open salad bar. Also, their«best» games are way overpriced; 5 $(via gattitown card) a person for: one round of lasertag, go-karts, bouncy house(which was also out of commission), or bowling. Complete rip-off.

We went here for a Birthday Party September 12th. It was a terrible experience not only for the guests of the party, but for the poor mom of the birthday boy as well! The party host they were assigned to was missing most of the time. We had to serve all of our food and drinks ourself. This establishment is disgusting! The party«host» was scrapping stuff off of the plates with her fingernails before giving them to the children! I will never return here again! I would advise you to look elsewhere for your party! If I could give no stars I would.

I have been to Gattitown more than a dozen times for various events and birthday parties — including previously when the location was named The Incredible Pizza Company. The place continues to get worse and worse with every visit and each time I promise to never return. With my visit today, they took it to a new low. I know no one comes here for the pizza, but the first thing you need to know is this will be the worst pizza you have ever put in your mouth. The dough is dry and hard, the sauce has a rancid flavor and the cheese and toppings are the lowest quality they could probably get their hands on. It’s worse than any frozen pizza you can heat up in a microwave. Even my kids who love coming here for the games and will do anything for a pizza usually only eat 1 little slice and then say they aren’t hungry anymore. The soda selection is nice, but like everything else here is often broken and long lines form around the few machines still working. Today, 3 of the 4 ice machines were broken and 2 of the 4 sections of soda dispensers as well. Then the cleanliness. The whole place is disguising. The tables, floors, countertops, games, walls … everything is just filthy. Some is just the hourly upkeep of having lots of kids around and not keeping up with wiping down tables. But a lot is the slow build up of inadequate cleaning over a long period of times — I wouldn’t test the 5 second rule at this place The games … oh, the games. So fun to think about and the kids get so excited with anticipation. But then they enter and … nearly everything is broken. Today, 6 out of the 10 ski ball games had just a couple balls. 2 others are complete dead. 1⁄3 of the other games have broken card readers(making them unplayable) or the ticket dispensers are broken. The basketball games are largely missing balls or have completely flat or odd shaped balls. Others have broken screens, joysticks, or something else wrong with them. I swear less than 20% of the games today in the arcade section are complete, functioning games. That’s pretty consistent with my experiences here in the last couple years. Oh, and the ticket counters. The worst of all experiences happened today as one of the employees, carrying a microphone walked around the arcade screaming«free tickets, follow me». She took 3 circles around the arcade getting a following of 40+ kids including my daughter and myself who thought they were going to play a game. Instead, the employee walked all of the children to the front of the store where she played on a speaker some ghetto booty bouncing rap song for the kids to dance to. While the song played, the employee provided instruction in front by bouncing her rear end up and down as if the kids were suppose to follow … unfortunately many did. It was horribly disguising in every way imaginable. Upon returning home and immediately showering in bleach, I once again vow to never return again.

Mediocre ggame selection i think because its geared towards kids so I’ll give it an average review. The pizza buffet food is terrible but my little brother and sister didn’t mind so I guess it’s OK for kids. Perfect if your not trying to spend to much money for little kids to have fun and play.

I have been to Gattitown in the past and always thought that it was a great place to go with my little siblings and have fun. We just went and most of the games were not working. They were fast to take your money but would produce no balls to play with or would only half way work. After going to a couple different games to try and play and not being able to play I went and asked for a refund for the games that took my money. The lady that was over the machines was rude and not surprised that the machines did not work. I was trying to play the car racing game with my brother and swiped the card and THEREWASNOSTEERINGWHEEL! I mean at least turn the machine off if it is out of order. How do you plat a racing game with no steering wheel? I guess I shouldn’t have expected much but it was definitely a disappointment! Will not be back!

I used to love Gatti’s Pizza back in the day. The garbage they serve at this buffet is more like Totino’s frozen pizza. And this place is FILTHY! The plates are always dirty and sticky. I think they just rinse with water. I’ve seen the employees just watch little kids doing disgusting things to the food at the salad bar and kid’s bar and they did nothing. God knows what happens to the food between the oven and the serving table! I wanted to talk to the manager about how ridiculously bad this place was but he was some mean muggin’ guy with more tattoos than an 80’s heavy metal band and I decided to just forget it and never go back.

Had a great time here with the family. We were guests at a birthday party. I have 11 month old twins, there were rides for them too! The adults had a good time also. Food is just fine, salad bar was great! You don’t come here for gourmet pizza

This place is a nightmare DONOT have ur childs birthday party here! The party rooms that were in the celebration hall are soo tiny! No place for everyone to sit! Our party«hero» was gone most of the time & sucked at entertaining the kids! VERYDISORGANIZED! The place was a mess the credit card machine was down so there was a long line to cash out because the lady had to do it manually. My poor mom had to do most of the cleaning up & organizing because our party hero was no where to be seen! On top of that when it was time to move to a bigger room, the sports room’s Ac was broken! All my guests were fanning themselves & the poor babies were sweating and crying! Kids running around everywhere poorly managed! Anyone can just walk right in and start eating & they wouldn’t even know! GHETTO! Save ur money & go somewhere else you’ll thank me later!

Place sucks more and more every birthday party I attend. Pizza taste OK but it’s the fact that they don’t even try to keep the buffet filled with fresh variety. You have to stand and wait for them to cook a pizza and there’s a crowd of people waiting for that one pizza. The games are reasonable but the food sucks. The eating areas are usually left too dirty had to ask on a table to be cleared.

This place went down hill quick. When it first opened it was a neat little place to take kids. especially since it’s inside and Houston summers are a beast. But alas, never to return. I wasn’t expecting much from a pizza buffet but was still let down. Half of the games/attractions were broke. But the big topper is the maintenance of the building. Its run down and unsafe, entire rooms blocked off. I was walking through one of the dining rooms(an open one) with a friend’s 18 month old baby in my arms and slipped and fell really bad from some water dripping from the ceiling on to the tile floor. You have rambunctious kids RUNNING through your establishment, make sure it’s safe. Luckily I was able to cradle the kids head and only bruised the back of my hand in the fall and she didn’t bust her head on that tile.

Only one star because my son slightly enjoyed the game room with his cousins. This was my second time there and I only returned for a bday party, otherwise I would never go back. Customer service is extremely poor. Long story short, my sister booked a party for my nephew, the hostess did not play any games with them(which we found out later she was supposed to), then she stated that we couldn’t get game cards unless we cashed out and left the party room(which we still had an hour left in the room and we later found out that having to leave the room was not true), then she sent our kids on a scavenger hunt and she never returned. Another hostess came in our room and said that the other hostess had an emergency and had to leave(other workers and the assistant mgr said that the girl went home). We later found out that the original hostess was actually still there in the kitchen. ??? Needless to say we were not happy and the story continues but I’ll stop there. The point is, this place is a joke and very poorly managed. I live in Humble and drove all the way to SL and was surprised at how this place was so poorly managed. I haven’t even gotten to the mediocre food and how unsanitary the entire dining area was! At one point, there was not one single table in ALL of the rooms there that were clean(no exaggeration). We had to go back in our party room that was ready for another party to sit down to eat again n chat. The soda machines needed to be refilled and instead of doing that we were told to keep trying different ones to see which one worked. I mean this place was horrible. A great big ghetto with games in the middle of Sugarland!!! One lady said she was embarrassed because it was her first time there and she had invited guest from out of town. I mean someone should call the health department! As I type this my stomach is bubbling. I shouldn’t have eaten anything but I guess I didn’t realize the extent of the filthiness until it was too late. Please be warned! Don’t waste your time and money, and certainly don’t risk you and your family’s health!

Cleanliness is this places biggest issue. Tables were all dirty for the most part and drink area was filthy. But to be fair, most«kid friendly» joints are a mess. VERY reasonable prices for games. We had 2 cards totaling $ 40 and were able to play nonstop for 4 hours. Won’t find prices like that at Dave & Busters or Main Event, at all. Average game price is around 50 cents, which is a steal. Pizza was very yummy! They also have a salad bar, pasta dishes & a few desserts. Staff was friendly, just seemed like they needed more of a cleaning staff to help with restrooms/cafeteria area. Toddler friendly area as well which was great for my 2&½ year old. Had a small train, bouncy house, and toddler friendly rides. Will be back!

Place is affordable, spacious, and a little bit of everything for everyone. Food was fine, staff I encountered was helpful. My only concern was that I felt like there was not enough staff, when I came in there was no one standing by the entrance nor exit door. You know just like at chuck-e-cheese they stamp you with your kids and you must have the same stamp once you leave, yeah there was nothing like that. So the entire time I was paranoid each time my kid left my side and I felt like he didn’t enjoy himself as much as he would of if I would have let him be free for a few minutes. Then at the kid bouce house, one moment there was someone there, then the next there was not. I left my kid there for a second to use the ladies room and I asked the girl to just watch him quickly and when I came out the restroom, he was running around the main game room. I was a bit upset at that.

First of all, the first thing I noticed entering this place is the ethnic diversity. Seriously, that’s the most minorities I’ve seen gathered in one area in SL that’s not mainly Asians. Take that for what it’s worth but I thought it was cool. The food is meh. It’s buffet style and they don’t do a great job at keeping the stations clean so a big disappointment there. The fountain station, for example, felt sticky everywhere. They also did not do a great job at clearing tables. We had a big party of about 10 and finally found a table that was empty but the dirty plates were still on there. Took us asking 3 people about cleaning the table up before someone finally came. And then the guy that cleared our table would come over every 10 minutes. I don’t know if he was curious about us(he was really dorky but generally nice — just couldn’t read him very well) or just being a jerk but it was really annoying. Some of the games didn’t have people stationed there(toddler) and we couldn’t ride the rides. $ 4 for a band to play on the bouncy house/slide? Ridiculously expensive. The arcade/games area seemed really big but not enough stuff equipment for play. I dunno, the ratio of open space to game space seemed a bit off to me. The place in general is nicely decorated albeit a bit run down. The restrooms were not very clean but they used super white décor which made the restrooms look even dirtier. I don’t think we’ll come back here again when we come to town to visit family. Just wasn’t a great overall experience.

This place has some positive: it is large, prices are not outrageous, and the staff was very friendly. My 6 year old did not have enough tickets for what she wanted but the ticket redemption staff allowed her to have it anyway. We did not ask for it, I was actually in the process of telling her that she did not have enough tickets when they offered to give it to her. The negatives unfortunately outweighed the positives. First, the food is horrible. Nothing is fresh; everything from the fruit to the veggies is straight out of a can. The pizza(and this is a pizza buffet) was disappointing. The pastas and other items were all cheaply made. The best comparison I can make is to school cafeteria food. Except in this case a school cafeteria would probably win in a head to head comparison. Second, a good number of games were broken, maybe 10%. Third, my favorite game was broken, the mini-bowling. Fourth, the place was not very clean. Fifth, several areas were shut down such as the go-carts and bumper cars.

I don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. Baffling. Where do I start… This was my first visit there. We went there on Wed afternoon. Wasn’t busy at all. I’m assuming its one of their slow days/times. First thought I had: DIRTY. So very very dirty. Eating areas are covered in food… floor, tables, seats.EVERYTHING. We had to go to two different ‘cafeteria’ areas to find seats that were clean enough to use. And this is when they are NOT busy. I’m by no means a clean freak and I let my kid eat off the floor if she dropped something but NOT there. Eww. I though Chuck E Cheese was bad. Chuck E Cheese is as clean as an OR comparing to this place. Moving on. Food. Weirdest buffet set up ever. Plates/utensils far away, drinks even farther away, not even really in buffet area. Toppings for salad(bacon bits and all that) are next to desert? And by desert I mean canned fruit. Nothing fresh. Food was slightly above bad. The only redeeming item was cheese sticks. Those were good. The salads did not look fresh. Pizza was pretty bad. No sweet tea(at all), out of lemonade and raspberry tea. Only other non carbonated beverage was some weird fruit punch. Also, drinks are included in price of the buffet so that’s nice, I guess. No employees over 18, as far as I could tell. A couple of times that we had to ask for help, they did help us in a timely manner. Some employees were rude/with attitude, some were very nice. Mini bowling(and one of the main reasons we came there): out of the 6 isles, one wasnt working and 3 had the baby railing completely broken/unusable. Only reason this place got 2 stars from me is because games ARE reasonably priced and my 3 year old DID have fun.
