Tried Great Clips again after a long absence and I was quite pleased. Check in on line!

This location is sucks. They are very very rude. Especially lady named Shantel. She was refusing customers who wanted to get haircut from her. Also i took my son there and she said ohh i never cut his hair so please wait for different hair stylist. Yes it is not welcoming at all, rude service and rude workers.
Better to go other great clip location or other barbershops.
Stay away from this location or get the workers out and change to new workers

I keep returning to this place, but mainly because it’s cheap and my haircut is not challenging. Majority of the staff here are… I don’t want to say rude, but just not welcoming. I brought my daughter in for her first haircut and the lady kept scolding her for moving. She was 4 and only needed a trim so it wasn’t like she was styling someone for the Oscars. It is just evident that the folks there really don’t like their job very much, and that shows in the service.
