We used Houston Landscape Images from 2012 – 2014. In 2012, Sanson and his team supplied all of the materials to create lighting that was customized for our home. Everything went well. The price included materials, installation and removal. In 2013, we paid for installation of the existing materials and the removal of the lights at the end of the holiday season. We did the same in 2014, although we had a very tough time reaching Sanson, apparently due to a family emergency. We understood and worked through it. In 2015, I first reached out to him via email on October 19 to try to get on his schedule before Thanksgiving. I followed up via text on November 16 and 17. On November 17, he responded and thought he would be out to install on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. He did not show up that date and I followed up again on December 1, 4, and 6. He never responded. We have decided not to do lights this year and will find someone else next year. After 3 years of being a loyal customer, and referring others in the neighborhood, we feel that we deserve better treatment than this.
