Lady Finger Luxury Spa

RUN! I am here now and I am in total shock by how I was treated! My sister was getting a pedicure and I asked if I could sit next to her in the next massage chair since several were open. The lady was awkward and said yes and two other workers across the way starting yelling and said «no!». I have never been so embarrassed! I planned to come get a pedicure here next week since I could not today due to blisters but now I am humiliated and disgusted!!! These women are horrible and I am never coming back! I was so excited about referring people and now I can not wait to tell people to stay far, far away!

Love the pedicures, have not had a bad experience. First time with fingernails was unfortunately not good. Amy got upset with me several times for «making her waste an hour filing my nails». I was trying to save my natural nails versus the fake tips. She finally cut them all off and I ended up with misshapen fake nails with shelac. Not the almond shape I had when I came in and told her I wanted. Thumb nails are completely different shapes.

You have got to check their new opening place! It is so elegant, stylish, and comfortable! They have done awesome job to my nails and lash extensions. Now the entire salon has been upgraded! The price is still reasonable! I admit that I am a very picky person, and I am very hard to please. Ever since I have them take care of my lashes, mani and pedi, I complain no more. They really do take care of their customers. Telling them what you need and what you want for creating your look, they listen, and they make it work. I live in Galleria area, but I will go for the best no matter how far I need to drive (20mins). I have introduced this place to my friends, they are just like me, they keep coming back.

Lots of Shellac colors. Service was fine– nothing to complain about. Wasn’t exceptional either. Well, my nails look good, so that’s what matters most.
