I have spoken to so many friends and family and they all love and recommend Lucky Moving. It’s a trustworthy company that deserves credit for it’s business. Lucky moving has someone professional drive to your place and then give you an estimate of how much it would cost to move all of your things. They are realistic, meaning often times people underestimate the amount of things they have. They give you all of the information you will need, and every representative there is happy to help you when you call. No busy lines, no runaround games. They give you a one hour window of what time they expect to come pack and move your things. The movers take the extra time to gently and neatly carefully pack all of your belongings. All of my movers who packed up my things and unloaded it at my new place were respectful and gone the job done right. They even built back my bed frame! That takes time! If ever you feel uncomfortable, just let them know respectfully. None of my things were stolen. When I thought I lost something, I found it later when I unpacked everything completely. I moved from Los Angeles to Texas, and I have to say, they are a good company. They don’t just serve California, Texas, New Jersey, and Taipei. They move things to any place in the country(and obviously to Taiwan). I’m sorry for all of the other bad instances other people had, but everyone I’ve ever spoken to have said they have had good experiences with Lucky Moving. Plus, if you are able to wait awhile for your things to arrive, they can bulk it with another move, and you might save half the cost. There are SOOOO many shady moving companies out there that hire fugitives and scam you for much more money than they estimated for you. One in particular is a very scammy company called Safe Load. LUCKYMOVINGCOMPANYISNOTONEOFTHEM! Granted NO business should ever scam people of $ 5000 – 10,000, and then have that moving company dissolve after you try to sue them. Nor should a moving company lock up $ 80,000 worth of possession in a storage facility and never return it. This stuff actually happens! THISDOESNOTHAPPENWITHLUCKYMOVINGCOMPANY! So please, if you are moving across country, please find someone who you can trust, do your research BEFORE you sign these papers with scam companies on the internet. — — — — — — — — — — — – For those who are trying to move inner-city, I’m assuming this place is pretty affordable. All of the Asian moving companies in Los Angeles were way cheaper than the American companies.
