The three stars do not reflect Dr. Popney. She is a 6 star doctor and if she did everything this would be a 5 star place. The reason i left two stars off was because of Teresa her head nurse. Teresa is a complete nightmare. She treats everybody like garbage. She is mean, and always gives attitude. She is the worse nurse i have ever dealt with. When you ask her a question or need clarification on something she gives you such an attitude and is extremely rude to you. When you ask her for something that is in her job description (how long will the wait be? etc.)she gets extremely mad and will hang up the phone on you or not speak to you for the rest of your trip. She is a terrible person and makes everybody feel horrible. She is a terrible representation of Dr. Popney.
