I LOVEPHO! It’s one of my go-to comfort foods. Its great for when the weather is chilly, when you’re feeling UNDER the weather, or when you just down right need a giant bowl of soup. And like me, I’m sure a lot of you have those days. Well, this place has my heart. Everything about their soup is incredibly tasty. Some may find it a bit salty, but it fits my taste buds perfectly! I do want to point out that I do not eat beef or pork so my review is based on their white meat chicken phở. I always have to add in some sriracha since I love love lovee spicy foods, especially in my phở. But their broth tastes amazing even without it. I have also had their chicken fried rice, which is also quite tasty. My colleagues and I have been coming here ATLEAST once a week for lunch for almost three years. The owner of the restuarant instantly recognizes us by now and always greets us with a smile. However, their service can be a bit slow. Maybe because we come during lunch when it’s usually quite busy. My only other concern apart from their service is the cleanliness. One of the days I visited for lunch, I was incredibly hungry so I ordered my usual soup and a spring roll. As I was about to take the first sip of the soup, I noticed little black spots floating around. I looked a little closer and saw that they were tiny little bugs. Not just one or two but a few. That was the first time it had happened so I decided to let the waiter know. He spoke to the owner and she personally came to talk to me and brought me another bowl of phở. At this point im starving. Obviously, I check to make sure there aren’t any bugs this time but to my surprise, there they were, AGAIN! I was pretty upset now. The owner was apologetic and explained that they may have came from the bunches of basil and cilantro they purchased. Not really an excuse since you should probably clean all the food items before serving. Anyway, she suggested ordering something else off the menu. I came there to get my weekly phở fix and didn’t, so I was not a happy camper. Still starving and short on time, I decided to just order the fried rice and call it a day. When my colleague and I got up so he can pay for his food, I was expecting them to give me the meal for free or at least a discount considering there were little critters in the food they served me more than once. Nope. Still had to pay full price for the rice. She apologized again, but that is definitely not a way to keep a customer coming back. We stopped going there for about six months. Tried a few different restaurants for phở around the area but none could compete with the flavor here. I did go back but I don’t go back as often anymore. The 4 stars are for the chicken phở. If you make a visit, make sure to have a little time on your hands and check for sanitation.

I have been to this location several times… service is good. The food is solid. Not the best phở around, but some decent phở if you are in the Sugarland area… You should definitely come here especially during the cold. I also enjoy the rice place with meat. That’s always good too. The price is very reasonable …a large bowl of phở is around 6.50 and rice plate around the same price. .Parking is plenty …the only downfall is the restroom, it’s very average.

I did not like this restaurant! I ate here on 01÷21÷16. The Phở Saigon in Katy is much better. The bread for the sandwiches is hard, the Katy location has much fresher, softer bread and the pork for the sandwiches does not taste as good as the Katy Phở Saigon. To make matter’s worse the customer service was not good! The waiter and cashier had bad attitudes! The Phở Saigon franchise has too many restaurants if they cannot exercise better quality control than this. These Phở Saigon’s may have the same name, but the food is not created equally! I won’t be back, Katy Phở Saigon her I come! Too many good Vietnamese restaurants to put up with bad food and bad service.

I love my wife’s homemade phở, but when she doesn’t have time to make it, this is where we come. All of the other phở restaurants in Sugar Land put too much msg in the phở. Phở with tendon and brisket hits the spot every time.

Phở is okay here. I’ve had better broth and noodles elsewhere. But I will have to say I would bump the review to 3 ½ stars for being generous with the beef in their phở.

I really love this place! We are at the soccer fields 5 days a week and nothing is better than to come into this place and sit down for a nice bowl of phở. They are always hospitable and so kind. Mind you, I come in with 6+ kids and they are usually smelling of wet dog. The Phở is tasty and a large can feed at least 3 small kids. You can order noodles for $ 1.00 if you want more noodles. The fried rice is delicious and a good size portion. The grilled beef is tasty. So is their spring rolls. My favorite is the beef stew. It is well seasoned and comes with a hot, toasty, fresh French roll. My baby LOVES it. A wonderful place to check out. I come here often and have never had a bad time.

Food was not only AMAZING. But some of the fastest service I’ve ever had at a restaurant that was very busy during lunch time! Even though the restaurant was packed, we were quickly seated, had our drinks within 5 minutes and our food about 6 minutes later! Phở was AMAZING. The best I’ve had in Houston!!! Reasonable prices, EXCELLENTFAST service! I can’t wait to go to Phở Saigon again soon!

This Phở Saigon is by far my favorite! Their food is always consistent & staff very helpful. I either get my order Togo or dine in. You won’t be disappointed either way.

This is a regular place for my colleagues and I for lunch. The soup for the phở is aromatic and has a salty taste which I like. I always get the phở with white meat chicken and thai tea. I also sometimes order the sandwiches with egg and vegetables, and it is usually good. Decent place to go to, but food is not out of this world. This is one of the top phở places in Sugar Land. I find the servers sometimes do not notice if you need them, but otherwise, fast service and ok food.

It’s a rare occasion when the client take me to lunch or dinner. Such was the case when my Vietnamese customer took me to his favorite Phở joint. His eyes lit up when I said lets go to your favorite phở restaurant and pronounced it correctly to boot(fah not for). I wanted the small but the customer insisted so I got the large size and it was enormous. It’s way too much for lunch but I watched the skinny scientist eat the entire dish. This place is a gem and you know although they have 2 local places the joint is family owned and the ingredients are fresh. It is up there with any noodle place I’ve ever tried.

There food here is made to perfection!!! When this store opened it was closer than Phở Mai, so we tried it! We loved it and we go there many times then Phở Mai! Their Phở is so good and their egg rolls are good too. It is the best place to eat phở!

Not so Vegan Friendly. But the tofu fried rice(without egg) makes up for it and so do the vegetarian spring rolls with the peanut sauce. I liked the iced tea for some reason, I kept getting refills. My cousin and grandfather got phở and liked it. So if you’re a meat eater, go ahead. There are no vegan or vegetarian phở items on the menu except for the fried rice and spring rolls.

Yes my family love this place. Cant go wrong almost all their menu are very good, not good but very good. The only problem is language barrier, they can understand a little bit, but you can adjust well. Their owner is very friendly as well. No 26 beef noodle is my favorite the best.

Not the best Vietnamese you will find in Houston, but I think it would be tough to find faster service or better prices! If I order a bowl of phở, it will be out in less than 5 min. I love Vietnamese food, and the prices for many entrees and appetizers at this phở Saigon are a good dollar less than at other Vietnamese restaurants in town. I’d much rather get a good bowl of phở here than a fast food hamburger combo for the same price. Lunch here always hits the spot!

I would give them 5 stars but once I ordered takeout and they charged me $ 1 for the carry out for my Vietnamese egg rolls. How silly… so I asked for a refund. Regardless of this I enjoy eating here and the food is scrumptious!!!

Service is always quick and fast, which I like when I need a quick lunch to get my day started. The phở broth is good but I wish they gave more meat! You barely get any which is why I had to take a star away. I’ve never eaten anything else but the noodles but I heard the other stuff isn’t so bad. Reasonably priced for everything on the menu.

Standard phở place, Food came out quickly. I did not have issues with the food, quality or service. Nothing outstanding to note, though.

This is really disgusting and danger, there is a unknown toothpick inside the noodle soup. I seriously want to sue them, anyone have any resource? Phở Saigon on 13610 W Airport Blvd, Sugar Land, TX77478
