Do not believe the good reviews here. I had an appointment and called that I’m going to be 5 mins late, guess what? They told me to reschedule my appointment since I’m already late. The excuse was, because Dr. Magdalena still with another patient which will take 1 hour, and there’s another patient after me too(when I asked to put me on the last appointment… Liar!!!). I told them that I can wait, still they said to reschedule it. They’re very unprofessional because they called earlier and had never told me that… until I’m a block away. Look, not everyone has an opportunity to skip work just for any day appointment, and these people are very unprofessional and very inconsiderate. id rather look for other doctor who really cares!

This place is super amazing. I felt I was in completely safe and professional hands. Within 4 days of my setting foot for the first time in the clinic I had seen my doctor, got all my labs and x rays done and received all results with prescriptions, follow up appointments and follow up suggestions. Not for a second did I have to wait for anything. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful and guided me through the process. And Dr. Lindsay Botsford, I have already recommended her to several of my friends. I’m so happy I made the right choice about her after hours of research.

My mother is a patient here, she never gets return calls! The follow-up for this facility is horrible! No one talks to each other there so the patient has to do all the work!

I didn’t want to do a review, but then I realized that if I don’t point out what happened to me, someone else is going to get hurt:(1) I have been a regular there, but every time I needed a refill, I had to go see the doctor. They don’t care if I die or not!(2) When my blood sugar suddenly went up for no reason, the doctor referred me to a dietician. What I really needed was an endocrinogist. In fact, if the doctor had checked my blood results, he would have noticed that my TSH had gone down as well! To make a long story short, I ended up in the ER with a high heart rate &BP, barely two weeks after seeing my doctor! I should have been checked for thyroid hormones & referred to a specialist. Tomorrow I will be undergoing a Thyroid scan at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

When I started going to this clinic, I was poor. I did not have health insurance nor the money to be a cash patient elsewhere. I once had a doctor snatch a prescription out of my hand and halve the quantities of the medications because her practice changed their prices from $ 50 to $ 100. Anyway, Dr. Fiesinger has been my doctor for a little more than two years. When I started seeing him, my weight was between 295 – 305 pounds. I was drinking heavily and diagnosed with hypertension, Type II diabetes, morbid obesity, and high triglycerides. I began my weight loss Journey in 2012 at 305lbs. Throughout the whole year, I only managed to lose about 20lbs, I got discouraged and gained back a few before the end of the year. In January 2013, I lost my father to a stroke… one of the conditions that could affect me if I didn’t change my lifestyle. My goal was 200lbs. It was also at this time that I started working for my company who gives me the tools and the ability to address my health benefits(dental & eye too,) diet, and exercise regimens. And although I have EXCELLENT health insurance and I’ve moved 45 minutes away, I still go to see Dr. Fiesinger. With the help of my doctor, the nurses, phone nurses, and lab technicians… I exceeded my goal of 200lbs on December 1, 2014… when I stepped on the scale that day I was 191.6lbs. I no longer take blood pressure & triglyceride medication. I am a lab test away from dropping Metformin(diabetes) as well. Thanks Physicians at Sugar Creek and Dr. Troy Fiesinger. I owe my life to my wife, you, my company and my family.

I followed them from Memorial Hermann Southwest Medical Plaza to Sugar Creek over 7 years ago. So, people asked why I drive 7 miles further to see doctors. «Oh, yeah,» I said. «Because I trust these doctors.» This facility has become a state-of-the-art modern and technically advanced facility. Every time I visit them, I always get a «wow effect» on some changes. For example, it added the full-scaled cafeteria(serving Starbucks coffee) and logically laid out examining rooms on both sides of lobby. The lab is recently moved toward the front for easier access. The front office staff is courteous. I know a few lab technicians and nurses who started when it was opened. They are easily to relate and friendly to talk to. The efficiency behind this facility is the network. The medical records are accessible throughout the Memorial Hermann system. So, it doesn’t matter which hospital you go to, getting the medical history is incredibly fast. Also, if your regular doctor being absent, his/her colleagues can read the journal to treat you. I love their appointment feature on the website with doctors’ availability. It also shows each doctor’s photo and short bio. In addition, Aetna designated Physicians At Sugar Creek as a Patient Centered Medical Home(PCMH) in December 2013. Because their practices«has implemented a new model to make health care better and more coordinated.» However, they lost a star because I can’t add a separate biz page to share my frustrations at the«After-Hour Clinic». I’ve received the worst services every time. They lack experienced doctors on staff. Sometimes, nurse practitioners posed as doctors and they failed to follow medical protocols. That’s a place to avoid. Watch my in-app video on the After-Hour Clinic.
