Terrible customer service from start to finish. Errors made that delayed the installation of my kitchen backsplash for months and no apology from the person who made the error. Lots of lips service, condescension and placating but no action. I got my tile when I contacted the owner who made things happen. Should not have had to go that far to get 25 pieces of tile replaced after they ordered the wrong pieces to begin with. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Stay away if buying tile. They just markup tile from other local tile suppliers. After ordering, I was forced to drive to two different locations to pick up tile from the actual supplier(which I assume ProSource just marked-up and sold me). At one of the suppliers, I picked up 14 boxes only to find out when I arrived home that 7 of the 14 boxes had broken tiles. Rather than picking up replacement tile directly from the same supplier the next day, ProSource made me wait(and incur charges due to halting the contractors at my house) 2 days and pick up the tile from them. Then, even after I returned the broken tile, ProSource will not refund me until it gets the money from the supplier. Why use ProSource?! Save yourself the trouble and just buy from Interceramic and Emser directly. I didn’t even mention the fact that ProSource wouldn’t return my calls… uh! Please stay away!
