Absolutely quality repair. I had an S3 with a cracked display(negligence, I admit) and used this shop based on word of mouth. I’m pretty picky about who can work on my hardware but a friends recommendation prompted me to make a call. I live in Austin and I’m pretty frequently on the move but Josh offered to work out a mail in service that fit around my schedule. The phone was repaired the same day it arrived in Sugar Land which was perfect — however I was out of town for the week. Josh politely communicated via email with me and scheduled the return shipment around my arrival back in Austin so that my possession wasn’t laying on my door. A++ Can’t say the same for the S3 though. Terrible phone. I switched to a 5S — which I’ve already dropped and caused a slight hairline crack by the facetime camera. Josh says the parts for the 5S are hard to come by and advised me to wait a few months. Will absolutely deal with him for all my future negligence. This is the type of service that shops like best buy could probably learn from.
