Lacks professionalism and class. Obvious that hair is a hustle for her rather than a business.
My experience: Never has change so bring exact money because she’ll look for a tip even if service was subpar. UNPROFESSIONAL
Uses cheap products on your hair that WE as customers could get at a local beauty supply. And if she doesn’t have a product she’ll expect the customer to buy it and bring with them. UNPROFESSIONAL
Once was 3 hrs late to an appointment because she «needed to take a nap»… it was an important appointment for me so I had to stay in the area until she napped. When she showed up barely an apology and no discount — LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM
If she screws up your haircut and you want it fixed, she’ll get an attitude. She can’t take constructive criticism.
This is hustle not a business. I would never refer anyone. Its more talented and better stylist here in Houston. Do your research before giving her your money.
