After buying a deal find for a year of laser hair removal, I began my treatments in November 2011. I was less than impressed. They would only schedule appointments 8 weeks apart. I would ask Jillian if I could come in more often and her reply was that they wanted to give enough time for the hair to grow out. I never got to my June appt. because they are gone and a lease sign is in the window. What a scam.

I origiannly purchased a coupon of some kind from . Overall, the staff was nice. My problem was that they would call multiple times the day before to try to get me to reschedule my appointments so they could condense the schedule and leave earlier on Saturdays. Also, as a darker-skinned individual, I must say their lasers were not as effective as other places I have visited(i.e. Intrigue)

I thought I’d give this place another chance and I’m sad to say that I was less than impressed. I was really hoping this place had improved, but unfortunately not. The girl who prepped me for my treatment was definitely not friendly and made the experience more uncomfortable and awkward than it needed to be. She didn’t seem knowledgeable at all about the prep work that the laser technician had asked her to do. Just like last time, I had an appointment booked at a certain time and again, when all was said and done, an hour and a half was gone. I’ve gotten laser hair removal treatments before and never has it taken more than 15 – 30 minutes for the entire treatment, including prep time and everything. The only pro I found this time around was that the laser technician performing the treatment was very friendly.

I’m 29, and I have had skin problems since I was in high-school. I tend to break out a lot and I’ve tried a lot of products(i.e. ProActiv, Murad, Clearasil, Nature’s Cure, Golden Seal, facials, antibiotics, etc.), but nothing worked. One day I saw a deal for 3 microdermabrasions for $ 99 on LivingSocials so I decided to buy it. Even though microderms(from other clinics) didn’t help my breakouts in the past, I decided to try it again. Since it was so cheap, I didn’t feel like I was losing much. … 4 months later, I must say that my skin has improved a whole lot. The cool thing about this place is that they have a computer that will give you a skin analysis every time you go in. It’s nice to be able to see(with numbers) the results… instead of just having someone tell you they see a difference. Numbers don’t lie. Honestly, I think the reason why this place is better than the other two places i went to before is because they know how to work with oily skin. Pros: They know how to treat Asian/Hispanic/Black/Ethnic skin very well, they have an unbiased computer skin analysis machine, they are always on time, they give you a call for your appointment the day before, and they really try to work w/your work schedule. Cons: The distance! I live in NW Houston and this place is in the SW side of town… wish it didn’t take me 35 minutes to get to! However, I like the results so I’ll keep on coming back! If you’re thinking about getting rid of old acne scars, current acne, etc… you really need to give this a try.
