Horrible experience! DONOTORDERGLASSESORCONTACTSFROMTHISESTABLISHMENT! Office«Manager» Mary is completely unprofessional and rude! Your lenses are wrong and you will NOTBEREFUNDEDORLENSESREPLACED! Dr. Kay Nguyen will not return my phone call, so I go in to see her, and after waiting for 40 minutes, she argues with me and refuses to re-make my glasses correct unless I repay in full, I’ve had the glasses 24 hours… I have worn glasses for years and never have I experienced an eye doctor who wouldn’t fix an issue with a lens! My family of 3 whom have all seen this doctor will never return to Vision Works!

My whole family sees Dr. Nguyen and she takes great care of all of us! Today I took my son in for his annual and as always we were checked in promptly and seen on time. Dr. Nguyen takes her time with each patient and does a comprehensive exam and educates you about all aspects of it. She is very receptive to your questions and is very competent and not only that but very nice! We are fortunate to have her as our family optometrist and she has a lovely office located right off the grand parkway with plenty of parking! If you live in Greatwood or New Territory you’re only a hop, skip and a jump away! The staff at Vision Source is very nice as well and they have a comprehensive selection of eyewear for all your needs! So if you live in the Sugar Land area and are looking for a family friendly doctor to take care of all your vision needs come check out Dr. Nguyen and her staff.

Dr. Kay Nguyen is my favorite optometrist of all time. She’s gentle, kind, competent, and honest. Her staff is super friendly and helpful. As long as I have my VSP insurance, I will always come here.

They are very knowledgable about their collection of glassas and have a great variety of styles for everyone. The ladies at the front desk are always sweet and they are great about calling when my glasses are in.

This was my first time coming to this location and I’m so glad I did. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as the doctor. They were very prompt with answering all questions I had. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Avoid at all costs. Went here for years for prescriptions and would get glasses elsewhere. Made the mistake of ordering glasses from them here recently — big mistake. Lenses were ordered improperly(no transitions which I paid for), and the lenses were defective(distortion in lenses causing smudged appearance, confirmed by the staff to be defective), and they fit poorly & had to be adjusted twice in the first week. Office manager could have cared less about any of this; I wanted my money back so I could go somewhere else where I felt I’d get a better quality product, but they refused a refund and felt that offering me yet another pair of lenses and new frames should be enough. Couldn’t get it through to them that I wasn’t pleased at all with their service and the total lack of quality control(it only would have taken a second for someone to check the lenses to see that they were defective but no one bothered) and therefore wanted to take my business elsewhere. Total bill was $ 700 and while I was waiting for them to finally get me a pair of glasses in that weren’t defective in some way, I found a much better pair of online which cost a grand total of $ 105! The worst part was their attitude, they didn’t care at all about the mistakes they made and even told me it was not their fault, it was the lab’s fault that the lenses were defective, as if that would make a difference to me. Terrible customer service; go up the road to Lenscrafters where at least they will give you your money back if you don’t like the glasses you order, or better yet go online with your prescription and save hundreds of dollars for glasses that are just as good if not better. Edited to add: I see the optometrist responded to this review and once again did not apologize for any of their mistakes. I would suggest to Vision Source that they post their no-refunds policy somewhere or better yet, put it on the receipt so people know before they cough up a lot of cash.

I chose this location because they were on the list of providers under my insurance and they were close to where I live and I could get in pretty much any time I wanted. I came to my appointment and everyone was friendly. I had to wait almost 30 minutes over my appointment time. The optometrist was was very nice and friendly, and the appointment was VERY fast. They gave me a trial pair of contacts and I was on my way. I noticed that the contacts were not the correct prescription and did not correct my astigmatism. I went back(got an appointment the same time I called – they are never busy) and let them know and their attitude was completely different. The lady(older) that was at the front desk this time wasn’t the previous time and she was rude. I felt like I wasn’t welcome because I simply stated that my prescription was not correct. I wasn’t rude or upset. I just wanted to corrected so I ordered the right contacts for me. Why would I want to pay if I cannot see? I went back with the doctor and she just typed a few things in the computer and said they didn’t have both contacts in stock and sent me out the door with ONE contact. I was in and out of there in about 8 minutes(from the time I entered the door) Shortly after this I moved out of state and was dependent on them to receive my contacts. I was very nervous to get my new trail pair because I couldn’t see out of my previous pair. It took them almost SIX weeks to send me the TRIAL pair. I called numerous times asking about them and I got a different story almost every time I called. I did not appreciate being lied to. Either they are very unorganized or lazy because it shouldn’t have taken that long to receive them. After nearly 6 weeks I told them to just keep the regular contacts and I will have a friend pick them up and ship them to me because I knew that would be faster. When I received the trail contacts the envelop was in HORRIBLE shape and the post office put a sticker on it that said«received in bad condition from 77469» I would never go to this location again and would not recommend them to anyone. I ordered the minimum amount of boxes of contacts because I was nervous the prescription wouldn’t even be correct. This is not the way I want to feel when choosing someone to care for my eyes.
