Horrible service at the clinic. They physician tech spent a lot of time inputting information and had to ask the assistant next door several questions. Honestly Walgreens needs to set a higher standard for this clinic. Unbelievable.

Check your pharmacy order before driving away. I’ve gotten the wrong persons meds on several occasions. They don’t always verify enough information to make sure they are giving the right thing to the right patient. They also give out information without verifying identity which can be a big mess. I’ve had several conversations about this being an issue and they can’t seem to straighten things out which is scary. However it is conveniently located

have not dealt with such a lack of professionalism in a LONG time. still waiting for a prescription to be filled after three days of excuses after excuses after excuses… you’re not hurting me, but my 2.5 month old son who needs this medication desperately! I don’t know how many more times I can say the same information to your staff, it goes in one ear and out there other and it’s obvious no one communicates at this location.

Needed to get the Whooping Cough shot and Dr. Norma assisted us even though she was on lunch. Amazing customer service. Im sure her lunch was cold after taking time to help us. Great store and will definitely come back! Thanks.

Re photo dept. — Terrible Have used Walgreens for decades to have my photos processed. Always liked prices & quality. Until recently, they changed the printers & paper & the results are not good. The paper is really thin & flimsy. The color is terrible. Photos have unnatural colors. Last year I returned a batch of 150 photos because they had an unnatural neon-ish tint. Recently, I tried again w an order of 28×10s of my daughter. One photo had her skin tone so red she looked badly sunburned & in the other, she actually looked green. ??? I had both photos developed online using mpix & they arrived looking amazing! Sadly, I will have to pay more for my photos but at least the quality is fantastic. Walgreens photo quality is terrible…:(

Terrible customer service. There were 11 people in line inside the store. The phone lines in the pharmacy ring constantly and no one bothers to pick them up.(Which is why I had to come back). I was initially told a prescription refill would take 1 hr, I return 1 hr and 15 min later, after standing in line for an additional 15 minutes, I’m told it will be an additional 30 min. This all for a small bottle of fluid that is not mixed nor measured, merely taken off of the shelf and put in a bag. If I ran my business like this, I would be out of business. Walgreens should be embarrassed.

Horrible customer service. I received an automated call that my daughters prescription was ready. I had her father pick it up hours later and he still had to wait an hour. He got frustrated and asked them what was the hold up on something that was supposed to be «ready.» They had told him they had to fix something and that her medication had been mixed up. So they mixed my daughter’s medication wrong? I received an extra big bottle of her cough medication and she is only 5 years old. I don’t even feel comfortable giving her the medication. I don’t understand what kind of people are working here. There were a lot of unhappy customers behind him because they were having problems as well. He overheard a lady complaining to them because they had lost their insurance card twice. They even had the nerve to come outside to look around the customers car to find her insurance card as if it were her fault or she was delusional. She told the pharmacist that she gave it to her and they were telling her that she never gave it to them. Incompetent workers work here.
