My visit was probably the worst customer service I have seen in my entire life, and it happened twice. Both last time and this time I went there the lady taking my order interrupted me, looked and sounded like she wanted to be ANYWHERE but there, and was rude to me and those around me. If this happens again I will call the management personally. I love Wendy’s, but the last two times have not been very enjoyable.

It’s fast food. All I expect is a hot burger, hot fries, & a cold soda. I always get it here and my order is always correct. Chicken sandwiches are really good and the burgers taste like actual beef… hope it is! The restaurants are always clean and seems like most are being renovated.
