Love this and all Westcos. I don’t eat pork so I appreciate that they have beef kolaches. And the young lady working the register always has a big smile on her face and starts the day off right.

Only been to 2 westco but i like this one a lot more! There is one by my house but the guy who works there is always upset /​not that friendly. I was pleasantly surprised when i went to this location. The woman that helped me was super friendly and attentive. They also carry my energy drink that i like (monster rehab peach) which is great because the one near my house stopped carrying the non carbonated monsters except for lemonade (gross flavor).
I will be back for sure.

I have been going to this Westco donut shop since I was in high school– over 10 years ago! The sausage and cheese kolaches are my favorite and the glazed donuts are delectable. My husband loves the maple glazed and whenever we are in town he begs us to stop by here. Great service too.

I feel as though this is your typical donut shop! The guy behind the counter was SUPER nice and allowed me to use my debit card, even though my cost wasn’t over $ 5. He also helped me with my coffee, being that I was too short!
The sausage kolache was good, with yummy flaky bread. The chocolate-​iced cake donut was good, nothing too great… same goes for coffee, but it satisfied my need!
If I was around the area, I would go back!!!

I frequent the Pecan Grove location quite often. IMHO, these are the best donuts in Houston. My three go to donuts are glaze, Bavarian cream and jelly filled. All three are just to my liking. Firm, fluffy glaze with perfect glazing. Bavarian cream is just delicious and they fill with actual jelly. Not that smooth, runny glop that so many pass off. There sour cream cake donuts are also the bomb. Cheap and quick as well. Coffee sucks though.

Been here several times. Donuts and kolaches are ok. Service is super slow, and there’s always a strange smell. Today the smell was overwhelming and smelled like a sewage leak. And they were out of sausage kolaches at 10am. We won’t be back.

Great donuts, the glaze doesn’t crumble and flake to your lap like that «other» place. Good service too.

Only place around by my on-​laws. Donuts good, service/​etiquette horrible. Grumpy old lady behind the counter mumbles smart-​ass remarks when you get a wide variety of donuts. I have had this happen multiple fimes but cinally decided to let other know. Yes shes is talking trash if you pay attention

I’ve tried several kolaches here. Everything was pretty good!
The boudin kolache is the star! Get this.
The Jimmy Dean kolache was only ok.
The Westco kolache was good.
Basically anything in a croissant was good here.
The apple fritter was yum!

Delicious donut holes and nice person at the counter. I like that it’s not a big chain. Looked like a lot of variety, although the donut holes were all I bought.

My hubby and I were hankering for a quick breakfast in the Sugar Land area, and we fell upon this little gem, thanks to the Unilocal app! For being first-​timers at Westco Doughnuts, we were pleasantly impressed by the food and service offered here. The woman behind the counter was super helpful, walking us through their delectable assortment of goodies. For just $ 5, we ended up ordering the following items:
— Two large jalapeño/​sausage/​cheese kolaches (5.0÷5.0) — best kolaches in town! These kolaches are huge for the price and perfectly made. The bread was melt-​in-​your-​mouth delicious, entrapping a perfectly balanced ratio of spicy, savory, and cheesy goodness. They offer a smaller size too, but who would pass up a larger version of this kolache masterpiece?
— Donut with white frosting and sprinkles (4.0÷5.0) — though the frosting was a tad too sweet for my liking, I really thought the donut itself was great. It’s soft and yummy, but it has enough density to keep its form when you bite into it (unlike the Shipley’s version).
— Half dozen donut holes (4.0÷5.0) — again, the glaze was a little too sweet, but I loved the dough itself.
I highly recommend this shop if you’re ever in the mood to not deal with busy shops like Shipley’s and Kolache Factory in order to get delicious breakfast yum yums.

The one in Pecan Grove is hands down the best, but this location is in a better spot and defiantly doesn’t fall to fare in comparison. The Donuts are tasty and they’re surprisingly cheap, but thats not why you need to go here.
Westco Doughnuts should be called Westco Kolache because they seriously have Kolache’s down to an art form. They are soft and warm and the cheese just melts in your mouth. Unlike other places *Shipleys’s* you don’t feel like you’re biting into a croissant it a perfect ratio.
The staff here is also very nice. They seem to remember we when I come in even though I haven’t made a conscious effort to be noticeable. I’ve even had one occasion where while she was helping out the person in front of me, she was kind enough to start on my order and had me ready to check out before I got to the front. Now thats service!
If your a Kolache fan and you want a quick cheap breakfast defiantly hit up westco it will probably become part of your morning routine if your not careful

Yummy hot & fresh. No-​nonsense with limited variety but all the favorites are there. Their kolaches are good too, especially the ones w/​jalapeño. One downside is apple fritters had a bit too much sugar coating, but still hot fresh and delicious. Open 5am daily too. Yum!
