Love this place! Go tanning all the time and just recently got a hair cut there. The owner is always there and she is the nicest! Love talking to her. Always feel welcome and never had a complaint.

Though I have had several of the girls here work on my hair and are all great at what they do, on this visit Mary Lindsay did my color and cut. The color came out amazing (a dark brown with a hint of burgundy red and dark purple low lights). I’ve been getting tons of complements. She truly heard my concerns and wants and delivered! She is a talented young lady.

I went to Amanda and love my hair! It’s a really decent place, a little confusing when you first walk in since there’s two sides. I’ll be going back for sure. Amanda was very fast too, I got my hair bleached and cut and it looks good, she also gave recommendations on caring for my hair.

Mary Lindsay: I have curly fine sensitive hair and have been afraid to let anyone touch it for over ten years. This is because people get scissor happy and cut to much or claim they know how to manage curly hair but really don’t. I totally shut down after 3 of those mortifying incidents.
I went to Mary and I thank my lucky stars every day that I made the choice! She’s calm cool and collected. Her experience and expertise in the hair realm spoke louder than words from the time I sat down in the chair till well after I went home. FINALLY I can honestly say I have someone who does my hair and I’m proud to say it’s Mary Lindsay

Got my hair done with Mary Lindsay two days ago and I’m very happy with what she did! I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and the end result was dead on if not better. My hair was very long with an out grown dark to blonde ombré. I wanted a darker color with a dark red highlight going thought out my hair and not just on the top layer. I also wanted a cut but was really hesitant to do so since my hair has been long my whole life. Mary went above and beyond. She darkened the blond while making blond highlights first then went over the blond with red. When she cut it, I was originally shocked for a good 2 – 3 hours. After getting over that shock, I realized that my hair is so much healthier! All the bad, damaged ends were gone and she even put in a split end defender thing (sorry idk the lingo) at no extra charge! I love my hair and would recommend Mary to anyone wanting to try something new.

I get my hair done regularly by Jenn She is awesome I always love the way my hair turns out and the attention to detail that she provides. She is always willing to listen and gives advice on what she believes will looks the best!

I haven’t gotten any hair service here but I plan to. I’ve been tanning here and the employees are always so sweet and helpful. A great atmosphere for sure.

Kimberle and Amanda (she did the color you see in my photo) are both amazing! Great full service salon in downtown suisun. They’re busy ladies, so plan in advance. Reasonable pricing– $ 30 cut, $ 120 ombré and root touch up. Very accommodating staff.

Jenn was great. She took her time making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Most definitely will go back.

I’ve been seeing Danielle for all my hair needs since high school and she never ceases to amaze me. She is definitely the color expert and is the lady to see when you get the itch to try something new and different. She is so sweet and always does what I want, and isn’t satisfied until I am happy.
Her huge client base should be a testimony to her awesome skills. My mother, sister in law, her mother, brother, and my mom’s coworkers all pay her a visit because of her great work and service. I always recommend her.
All the ladies at Shear Madness are genuinely nice and I really enjoy the laid back atmosphere. It a cute location right next to the waterfront with lots of parking. Just make sure you call in for an appointment as I know these ladies get busy!

I can’t think of another place I could go and get the service I want as a client, but feel like a member of the family as well, while I am there. A great place to be. Wonderful stylists.

Was recommend by a good friend to get my hair done by Danielle and I am so glad I took her advice!!! She is so very nice and personable, as is everyone else in the salon. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it! Beautiful job! I could not be happier! I will definitely be back! Pretty sure I found my new salon :)

The décor is so cute and it’s in a great little location. There was tons of parking available.
I went there to see Heather and she did an amazing job (as usual) and I also met the other stylists who were very friendly and welcoming. It’s professional yet laid back and I really enjoyed my time there.
I for sure recommend this salon If you’re in Suisun and it’s worth 20 min drive from Vacaville.

Kim has been doing my hair for more than 25 years and now she does my daughters’ hair as well. Kim is a great stylist and has hired great stylists to join her in her salon. This is a great place to relax, get your hair done, your nails done, get a tan or whatever your heart desires. I am exicted to see this salon grow and serve more people in the community.

If you need just a trim or want to go wild with your hair go and see Danielle! I will never let anyone else touch my hair again. For the longest time I was having the worst luck finding a good stylist. Danielle helped me get my over-​treated, stressed hair healthy again while keeping the same styles and colors I wanted. No matter what I decide to do next I know it will look great. This girl really knows her stuff so go and see her!

I just moved to Suisun City. I was in need of a tan… and FAST! I have tried spray tanning booths before and was never happy until I found this place. I must have called a dozen places that have staff that hand spray tan, no one was available within a 3 day time frame! I was getting really disappointed. Finally I called Shear Madness and made an appointment for the next morning. I thought… that was easy whew!
When I arrived, the atmosphere was super relaxed. Kim’s young son was running the front desk. It was cute. He was polite and professional. Way to go Mom Kim. Show em how it’s done :) He checked me in and sent me off with Kim for my tan. I was very nervous because in the past when I did spray booths all I was shown was this drawn out video with robotic instructions. I ended up with blotches and streaks. Kim did no such thing, she brought me back and showed me exactly what to do! It was faster and way more educational. She uses it herself so she had good tips and tricks for the perfect spray tan.
My tan looks AMAZING!
I will be back!

I have been a customer of this salon for over 10 years and I LOVE the atmosphere in this place! It is such a breath of fresh air to go and relax in a salon where everyone is so friendly and helpful. All the staff seem to actually really like each other… in fact I was there yesterday and the previous owner was there getting her nails done and everyone, including the clients were having pleasant conversation just like family. And that’s the way it is every time I go.
Kim and Dolly both do my hair… highlights and cuts, I am always happy with the results.
I highly recommend them!
I marked the price range as inexpensive but they are not «cheap». For the type of services they provide, they could be charging more.
