I love this Starbucks because it’s just convenient for me. My drinks are always good but there is only one problem with this location. This location is close to a number of schools so a lot of kids will be in there trying to order a lot of drinks. So if you’re running late I would suggest having the app & placing an order ahead of time to beat the line. I learned the hard way & was almost late to work unfortunately.

I’m a pretty patient person and I don’t mind waiting 5 – 10 mins for a drank IF I know there’s hella people ahead of me. But if there’s 1 – 2 people ahead of me and it takes 16 beaver dam minutes(5:53pm-6:09pm) for a basic asssk drank to be made(matcha + milk +ice).then Imma be pissed out! There were 4 customers scattered throughout the café already with their orders. It took 5 actual minutes before the girl in front of me was serviced(we had been making eye contact with each other every so often during those 5 minutes, without saying a word both thinking«Deeeeyam they’re taking hella long» I KNEWSHEWASTHINKINGIT! Lol. The workers didn’t even knowledge us prior to that; walking back and forth from the register to the food display case clearly seeing us. SMH. After the girl in front of me ordered. I thought in my head«that barista better not walk away from the register and go back to what she was doing!!». But then she called me up. Yay. The line was already building up behind me at that moment. When I sat down to wait, browsed my phone for a bit, I saw the girl who ordered before me leave(thinking she had already gotten her order) so I stood up and stayed over by the condiment station, thinking I was next. It had already been 5 minutes at that time. Then I saw her come back. Sooo she didn’t get her drinks(hand on chin). After another 5 – 6 minutes had passed she finally got her order and left. I thought to myself«Yay, I should be next». Then I hear other drinks being called up… that wasn’t mine. The person who ordered after me got her drink and as she passed she said«Sorry I got my order before you did». She also had waited quite some time for her order too(passion tea lemonade). So after 5 people who ordered after me received their orders(orders that sounded more complicated to make than mine– bday cake, s’mores, java chip frap?!!) it was time for me to head up to the friggin counter and put them on blast!(jk not really). There were about 3 people crowding the counter and the baristo placed down 4 frappalatte drinks as I was slowly creeping up(2 brown ones and 2 green ones WITHWHIP). As the people who grabbed their dranks left, 1 green frap was left. I told the baristo dude that I had been waiting since before 6pm for a grande green tea frap NOWHIP. He replied«OooOo, this must be yours, let me remove the whip for you». Proceeds to uncap, grab the trash can from under the table and scrap it off. Recaps it, and hands it over. Dang… like that!!! He also told me to have a nice day(he didn’t sound confident in saying it and didn’t even apologize for the wait). My face went into RBF mode and I left without a word. Got into my car and started blasting 2 Pac, Wu-tang and G-Eazy as I left the lot. Although I didn’t show it… I’ve never been so pissed… Never coming to this location again. #Rant #FrustrationNation

EXTREMELY disappointed this morning. Just finished from PT and i go inside because the drive thru line was too long. Ended up waiting 30 min extra + 8 other people who were behind in line got their drinks and food before me, all for a grande frap. So so disappointed. :(and now i will be late to work.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve been to yet. Sometimes my mocha frappacino has this dark drizzle on top and sometimes it doesn’t. so I ask them to hold that. Today the gal told me mocha frappacino’s don’t come with drizzle. I have also experienced drinks made out of order so someone that ordered after me was picking up their drink. Meanwhile people are getting visibly nervous because they didn’t expect their order to take so long and they becoming late for work.

There are baristas in this store who are very nice and good at their job but it seems like there are always new people who have no idea what their doing and take forever. It’s been like this for the past year I’ve been coming and this is the only Starbucks on my way so I keep coming. I think it’s a sign of bad management that there seems to be so much turnover in this store.

The customer service at this location is top notch. They are always friendly and make it a point to acknowledge that they recognize the people who come here frequently. I’ve wanted to post something positive about them for a while but I kept forgetting until yesterday I went in to get my sons teacher her favorite drink for her birthday. He’s in 1st grade so ofcourse he wanted to carry it into the classroom, well he only made it to the doorway before he dropped it on the ground. I went back to Starbucks and explained to them what happened and they were happy to make me a new one at not charge. It was a great gesture and reminded me of how great the service is!!!

I recognize the fact that I tend to be high maintenance with what I order because I know what I like and I know how I like it. Recently I’ve discovered that I enjoy hot chocolate but iced. I’m not sure why its such a hard thing to order or that it’s such a hard thing to make… you make a hot chocolate but you don’t heat it up… then add ice but for whatever reason if I order it that way they get confused they try and make it special… I just want a hot chocolate but iced… So the girls hand it to me and it doesn’t taste the same… I asked whether or not they put a certain ingredient that I know that goes in the hot chocolate then they take it back and hand it to me with chocolate pumps in added… I would like to know how to order an iced hot chocolate without confusing anyone. .please. .enlighten me..

I don’t drink coffee but I do drink tea. I always get the back shaken iced tea however; I always have to ask for them to shake it. If I’m going to pay 2.95 for a venti which consists of 6 oz of tea and the rest is water and ice can you please make the drink they way you advertise it!!! It makes a huge difference when it’s shaken. Service is ok but the drive thru is convenient.

Love coming to this Starbucks! The environment is very clean, noise level is a little bit noisy because of the blender, but the employees are really nice! Great customer service. Drive through is fast in the afternoon.

I’d advise you go in and order. Drive thru is SUPERSLOW thus line is long. Otherwise just a typical Starbucks. Only other comment/question is «do they put their trainees on the drive thru window?» If yes that might explain the SUPERSLOW drive thru line.

I ordered a chestnut praline latte with no whip in the drive-thru. I drove off and tried my drink and realized it was a peppermint mocha. I hate peppermint. Bye-bye, drink… and $ 4.25. This was the afternoon of 10÷6÷15. I’ve been coming to this location since 2007. When I moved to Sacramento, I didn’t frequent this location as often; however, I continue to come here somewhat regularly because I still have a house close by. I haven’t really had issues at this location, but the past couple years, I’ve noticed a constant change in baristas. It’s true that the girls that work here like to chat with each other while serving the customers. It’s pretty rude but whatever, as long as I get my drink. However, they’re constantly getting my drink wrong, too. I don’t know. They’re pretty nice here, but I’d like to get what I paid for.

I came to this location last night before work and contemplated on writing this review because I thought I was just being a bit picky. After reading everyone else’s reviews, I really don’t feel bad anymore because I see that I’m not the only one who feels disappointed with their customer service. When I came in last night, I asked the guy at the register what one of their new holiday drinks were. In the middle of my sentence he turns around and deals with something else and starts talking to his coworker. Mind you, I was the only one in line and nobody seemed to be waiting for a drink so I know they weren’t busy. After that, I just kept getting awkward looks from him as if I was supposed to know what every drink on their menu was. I waited patiently for my drink while noticing they were taking care of everyone at the drive thru first. I also noticed that not one single worker looked friendly at all. They honestly looked annoyed to be at work. The lady handed me my drink without even looking at me and when she placed it on the table, my drink spilled all over the counter from the lid and she acted as if she didn’t know and went about making someone else’s coffee. I cleaned it up myself to be nice and didn’t even bother asking for a new coffee because I just wanted to leave and I was already going to be late for work. It was the most awkward and annoying experience I’ve had at a Starbucks, and trust me, I am an avid Starbucks drinker. I’ll be avoiding this location. PS — to top it all off, my drink tasted like it was drowned in sugar. I didn’t even finish half of it. There’s nothing worse than bad coffee to start a 12 hour night shift.

OK so I was a little disappointed when Starbucks caved to the anti-Christmas cups. BUT now as if they don’t make enough money already, they want to charge me for sugar and water. REALLY? 50 cents for classic sweetener? It’s simple syrup, equal parts sugar and water. I asked the barista about it and she said because it doesn’t automatically come in the latte they charge extra for it. I said then why not charge me to add a packet of sugar? Sorry Starbucks but you got me SMFH

Your experience can be good or bad here depending on the people working. One time I paid for my drink, was told it’ll be out in a couple of minutes and literally sat at the drive thru window for 8 minutes(yes I counted) and watched as my hot coffee sat there become colder and colder as time passed. The cashier that took my order forgot and really made other orders while more drinks piled up on the counter. AND at least 4 other workers saw the drinks piling up and didn’t bother to do anything about it. Another time they messed up my drink and I ended up with a free one to give away. I really just come to this one bc the one on base closes too early before I can grab coffee before night shift.

This is my least favorite Starbucks in the area. Which I find disappointing because it is literally three blocks from my house. Which also makes it the only reason I come here I come here on a weekly basis. First things first, the employees are hit or miss. There are times when they are very customer service oriented, and there are times when they are not. Also, to be 100% honest, none of the baristas here make very good drinks. I find that there is always something wrong with my drink, such as it being too watered-down, too sweet, not sweet enough or not being the appropriate size that I ordered. On my second to last visit the barista completely forgot to put the espresso in my drink, it was literally steamed milk and syrup. When I called him to let him know he was very apologetic and asked me to come back. I was already home there was no way I was going to come back. However, the Mr. went back for me and my drink was made correctly. So as I’ve mentioned, this place is nowhere close to the best, but it is close, so I suppose I will be returning.

Alright so now that Starbucks has released app ordering… this place isnt so bad… Slow service is a thing of the past. It says your order will be ready in 4 – 9 mins and home is a 4 – 9 min drive so wala… order is ready when I get there. The front counter lady knows me now so shes very friendly and tries to take notes for future orders . Place is always kept clean and organized And well the lattes are good sandwiches are good too… Well im a happy camper now…

Ordering at this location was quite painful. I know my order isn’t the easiest, but it’s definitely not the most complicated. Grande iced, sugar free vanilla latte. 2 pumps instead of 4… A mouthful but simple enough. Apparently the most difficult to ring up at this store… It took almost 10 minutes just to get this order together. I had to repeat my order at least 4 times before she could get it right. And then even after I repeated it 4 times, she almost gave me a hot drink instead of iced. Derrrrrp. Maybe I’ll just stick to a simple iced coffee order whenever I’m here… In her defense, she did seem new, and was friendly enough. And I can be a little bit of a coffee snob; Seattle has spoiled me in this sense.

Spacious Starbucks, not super crowded like others too. I enjoyed reading my book here for a couple of hours. Unfortunately, my drink wasn’t all that amazing, and it was just a simple hot chai latte. It tasted pretty watery but the staff was really nice.
