This checkers by Andrews Air Force Base is the worst in the state! Maybe in the country! They haven’t had ice cream all week, this is every single week there out. Really? There just too lazy to properly order supplies, or they just suk! Don’t waste your time if you want ice cream.

Went there after a conference and placed my order. I was told we had to wait for our hot dog order to be ready so was asked to park and wait. Another car came up and the worker gave her an order. We suspected it was ours but brushed it off. After waiting a half hour, we went back thru the drive thru to ask about our food. They realized they had given our food to the wrong person and only comped us funnel cakes. We had to wait another 10minutes for our food which made the total of 40 minutes for food. The manager offered a weak apology. I will never go this Checkers again.

I have to agree with another review about the friendly staff. The young lady in the drive up was very friendly. The chicken wings were extremely crunchy, very over cooked and completely soaked with oil. I have never eaten there before so in not sure if this is normal. The box the wings came in soaked through the box and bag with oil. Not good!

First of all let me just say that I have never been to a Checkers with such friendly people. I pulled up through the drive thru with a co-worker and honestly did not know what I wanted. I asked the cashier for a minute and she kindly said take my time… And I think I took about 5 minutes.
I ordered my #3 and proceeded to the window and expected to have to a wait a few minutes because nobody was in front of us. But when I pulled up she was still very friendly and handed me our drinks and took my card. Expecting to wait a few mins I carried on a conversation with my co-worker. Then all of a sudden I turned and out food was ready.
The fries were hot, the burgers were hot and soooo good! I love their shredded lettuce on their burgers and how they put crisp and fresh pickles and tomatoes on them. Their buns are amazing and always perfect. Not much of a fast food person lately, but this place was awesome!!!
