Marshall’s Funeral Home

I’d like to send a big thank you to the staff at Marshall for all the support they gave our family in our time of grief. Thank you from the Lee family.

I have to imagine that very few people like being in a position to use a funeral home, and even fewer would want to use them often enough to be a repeat customer, but Marshall’s has the customer service to make these occasions tolerable, which is about the best that can be hoped.
Hands on customer service is the specialty, and while the exterior of their property may have seen some better times, their facility and staff were the best that I could hope for — friendly, efficient, and comforting.
The prices at all funeral homes are probably high, but I liked the fact that the advisor didn’t steer us to the most expensive options and gave a fair price. The service was so good that we went back with another unexpected funeral a few weeks later. It was a sad time, but Marshall’s certainly us to get through it.
