I cannot express how angry I am right now but here goes as a contractor i show up at 7:30 AM to collect my tools discover an extra padlock on my bin, having to leave and return back at 9:30 when the office opens at that time I was told that the system is down and they cannot tell who paid and who didn’t pay was also told that the only way to correct the problem was to move my belongings out of my unit into a new unit .A few sunflower seeds later from the extremely rude lady staff at the front desk she hop in her cart and left me standing there in a Awe

I just went to this public storage an hour and a half ago and I can’t say enough good things about it. Japera helped me even though I was 10 minutes late, she was patient and incredibly nice throughout the whole thing. The customer service was superb and the storage units were really great too! They were clean and the size was just as advertised. I was also very impressed by further information provided by japera like the fact that the units are lock-​checked every day!
