They answered their phone; that’s more than can be said for the other pet groomers in my area that I tried to contact (side note: if a customer calls during business hours and gets an answering machine, you’ve lost that customer).
This is a very cozy, very friendly, and very professional pet-​grooming business! The staff were extremely kind and compassionate and did an amazing job washing and shearing my matted-​up cat. Would have given five stars except they seemed a little pricey, but I believe I got what I paid for, and then some.
