Seven times in a row(over the past 6 months) I have had my order messed up in drive-thru. I am officially boycotting this DQ. I don’t know if they have trouble hearing through the headsets or what. Maybe it’s the fact when I pull up everyone seems to be on their cell phones. Never again.

Horrible service. No ice. No straws. Cashier(Jessie H) was rude, couldn’t smile to save her life, complained — in front of me when I asked for ice — since the machine was out. No one wore name tags, but the older lady wanted to question me instead of just giving us some ice. Becky(I asked her name) was moving as quick as she could, friendly, smiled and trying to help as many people as she could.

Worst DQ I have ever been in. Service was so bad. It took 10 min to make one dipped cone. One girl stood at the counter for that 10mins and didn’t lift a finger to help. Will NEVER go back. Most of the things on the menu board said SOLDOUT. How can you run a business that way?
