If one knows Edward Jones, then one knows their first class personal style of service. My family has been dealing with Edward Jones in Sulphur Springs, Texas since the late 1980s. They are very knowledgeable and really take the time to get to know their investors. They do NOT take the «high pressure» investment/​advice approach. One does not feel as if Edward Jones is pushing investment vehicles based on some quota their home office has set. Edward Jones lets the customer set the pace and risk tolerance of the relationship. The Edward Jones advisor stands ready to offer advice if asked, but still will let an investor walk in and place a buy order without any advice or consultation if you are someone that does not need or want any advice. I have had investment accounts at several local and out of town firms. I keep returning to Edward Jones. Their online portal is easily understood and navigated. Young or elderly, novice or seasoned investor – based on my experience dating back to the late 1980s, I would definitely recommend Edward Jones and Michael D. Ream. Edward Jones is my investment home.
