Old Spanish Treasure Cave

We found this after searching around for a cave near Bentonville to explore. It is a small business on the side of the road, if you get there during a tour you’ll have to wait in your car for them to get back and unlock the gift shop. It is a pay cave, $ 12 which was a little steep but still worth the money. It is run my a husband and wife who are very nice and engaging. He took us on a 45 min tour of the cave and provided fun details and stories about the cave. The cave itself is a lot bigger than I expected, it has some great formations and passages. For a road side attraction it turned out to be a really fun find. It gets 3 stars due to the high price and the fact we had to wait 20 in our car while they were away, but I would definitely recommend stopping by, it was really fun and the owners were great.

Really liked this cave. It’s not all fixed up for tourists. The owner and his wife I’ve tours as their dog wanders around the cave on his own turning up throughout the tour. They really paid a lot of attention to my little boy who loves caves and fossils. That means a lot to me. Thanks for a great day!
