Pay out the nose for a toothbrush and soap. The Management is rude and disrespectful. I wish I had something nice to say about this place, but the fact that the Sun shines has nothing to do with them or their efforts… Waste of money. Waste of time. Waste of a good vacation…

It was pleasant and clean — I liked their efforts to provide work in a more eco-friendly model than many motels. It’s very convenient to downtown Sultan — walking distance to retaurants and shops. They do have pet-friendly rooms(not all the rooms — which also meant that my no-pet room did not smell of pet.) I though the price was reasonable for the large room size.

The beds were comfortable, Nice shower with lots of hot water. Very clean. And the management was very nice and very helpful.

Stayed for 4 days. Room was good size, staff was nice. Our room had an odd smell of biscuits and gravy, was a little weird. They have decent free wifi and hbo on the television.

We stayed there from July 2 –6, 2014 while visiting family in Sultan. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms had a weird smell like the person before smoked and they tried covering it up. The beds were hard as a rock and hard to sleep on for 4 nights in a row. I don’t think I would ever stay there again because of this reason. They were very uncomfortable.

I didn’t see anything around here called the Dutch Cup Trailer Park, but the Dutch Cup Motel, where we stayed, and which has the same address(918 Main Street), ‘got us through the night’, as we stopped at Sultan and visited a friend while passing through town on the way to Wenatchee. All in all, the room was livable, but not great. I did notice a not so faint smell either of dog, or maybe pet urine. It had the air of a room where someone had made a not quite successful effort to rid the room of the smell. The bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank, it was so hard. I’m not necessarily adverse to a firm bed, but this one was plain hard. For what we got, I think the room was about $ 10 overpriced, but it wasn’t unreasonable. I’d stay here again if I were to spend the night in Sultan, but I’d probably make the effort next time to travel a little farther down the road to find a better bed. Hey, at least I didn’t find any ants or cock roaches, like I had seen at some places. It wasn’t super clean, but it wasn’t filthy either. Just a place to crash in a pinch.
