Needed some help with a computer, had viruses and all kinds of issues. Only took a couple days and the job was done well, no further problems. Nick was personable as well as gave me a good rate for my specific issues.

Completely satisfied with Nick and his company! From service on our computer to repairs on our phones, Nick definitely knows how to get things taken care of. Nick is always showing is ability to respond to any type of problem and is hands down the best I’ve seen in this industry. Always prompt and always a job complete. In the world we live now, communication is key. Nick is always accessible through email, text, Facebook, Twitter, you name it and he’s responding. So guess what!!! If he doesn’t answer a phone call, you have about 10 other avenues to reach him at!!! Nick has contributed so much time and effort to his community and is continuing to do so every day. You can see that he has had the extensive training with customer service and is always willing to go above and beyond for his clients. So thank you Nick and thank you Olson Tech!!!

DONOT… I repeat DONOTGOTOOLSONTECHCOMPUTERS!!! that’s the short story, want my full experience read on :) Day 1: I dropped off my computer with Nick on a Tuesday afternoon. Nick told me it would cost $ 75 for a virus wipe. he said«ill give you a call tomorrow and let you know what’s going on with it but we should have it back to you within 2 days.» Day 2: 5:30 came and I hadn’t heard yet so I decided to give them a call to see what they have found out. No answer on either line so left a voicemail. Day 3: call and leave yet another voicemail at 10:30am. and call again at 5:00pm but don’t leave a voicemail this time. Day 4: call yet again and no answer, I call a friend of mine and she was driving by the shop anyways so when she saw the open sign was on she stopped in for me. Nicks mom was at the counter and I was told she went to the back and was not able to locate the computer because there where«so many back there» but she would leave a message for Nick. Day 5: I receive a call from this same woman in the evening and she tells me the computer has been located and I would receive a call to pick it up tomorrow. GREAT! Day 6: I receive a text from Nick saying that they are working on the computer now but if its not done by 6 tonight that it could be picked up tomorrow AFTERNOON. He also asked if I wanted the windows updated which comes free with the $ 85 virus removal… WAIT A MINUTE we are well past the 2 days originally told and you are now $ 10 over what was originally quoted?!? I was not a happy girl so I called him on the phone directly to clear up the confusion. He told me «fine ill do the $ 75PLUS tax!»…okay no problem… Also I asked why I haven’t received any calls back and now it may be another day or two before it was finished and he instantly got furious with me and said«DOYOUWANTUSTOFIXURCOMPUTERORNOT! OTHERWISECOMEPICKITUP» every time I tried to speak he would cut me off and ask the same question. I eventually told him i would come pick it up today. Sure enough the computer was never once turned on or worked on and he was unwilling to tell me what all the misleading info was about. He seemed stressed and in my opinion does not seem like the kind of person that can deal with stress or ANY kind of pressure. Sure he may have been busy… but if you give a customer a deadline and you are unable to stick to that give them a call or better yet answer there voicemail messages. i called Tech Mob in Snohomish and sure they are more expensive but where so kind and understanding of my now emergent need of having a working desktop. i drop it off in the morning and they promised to CALL if any plans change and a day to pick it up. Now why couldn’t i have the same respect of communication? i understand things can get busy but i would have appreciated the update, not feeling ignored, and feel my computer is lost in the back somewhere. This shop owner has terrible customer service skills in my opinion and yelling at ur customers over the phone is not gonna get you referrals.
