We had one order going on over the phone, but when the representative arrived they could not deliver what we ordered. I still give them three stars since they are friendly and I do blame The Villages somewhat for not opening up for more companies and competition. Really miss the excellent set up that AT&T provides though.

Excellent service! ! 5 stars! I would recommend this business and have always been a highly satisfied customer. The staff and the service i have recieved are second to none and have been very imprssed.

Comcast is the worst company to deal with. They don’t provide the service you pay for. You get the service in the beginning and everything seems great but now you have to move and that’s where the problem begins. They close your existing account and open another to start billing you at a higher price, this is within having the service for a month, then if you need wiring ran into another room the tech comes out gives an excuse not to run it and your billed for it. You argue with customer service about paying for services not rendered but they don’t care they send you two more technicians and bill you for it but you still don’t have the work done. You are forced to pay because you won’t have your existing service if you don’t. Then to make matters worse customer service turns around and tells you got not suppose to have your service package and drops you down to local channels. Bright House needs to be here in Lady Lake and surrounding areas you break this monopoly. If I could give this rating less than a star, I would.
