Boyfriend & I attended a wedding here recently and thought that the venue was beautiful. An Über dropped us off at the parking lot, guests were a little confused on where to go for the ceremony but we soon figured it out. A tractor pulled up with a trailer to carry people down the street to where the ceremony was held. Boyfriend and I decided to walk since it was full. The views were amazing, especially since the leaves were starting to turn, which added to an amazing ceremony!
After the ceremony we walked back up to where the reception was being held. Outside a tent was set up with all of the tables for dinner. There was a stage where the newlyweds walked out onto to be announced and do their first dance after the introductions of the wedding party were completed which was cool since I expected them to all come in from the same place.
Overall, a nice rustic themed wedding! We had a blast.

Don’t place phone orders. Ordered beef for our family Christmas party from out of town. They called me 3 times to confirm (which I did, 3 times) but then today, they didn’t have the beef. Total waste of time. Totally unprofessional (uninformed) phone help. Now we have to scramble for our Christmas party. The upsetting part is that they tried to blame it on us, instead of just trying to make it right. Won’t return.

What’s better than fresh and local? Support your local farmer with grass — fed beef, free — range organic chicken, eggs, etc. The Shrimp Connection is there on Saturdays, too, with everything fresh from the coast.

A local treasure! I stopped by and picked up a dozen free-​range eggs ($ 3) and a free range chicken ($ 3.49/lb). The taste difference is amazing. Definitely the most tender roast chicken that I’ve made. I look forward to trying the grass fed beef next visit.
They have limited hours though so plan accordingly. Open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4 to 7 pm, and Saturday 10 to noon.
