A day use area with a Big picnic area, clean bathrooms, gorgeous view of the river, playground for the kids and sand volleyball court. Larger RVs might have trouble parking. I didn’t check out the history aspect so I can’t comment on that. There’s also a couple of short trails here as well as many memorial benches.
